Just.. WOW. This is probably the best Ninjago fic I’ve read so far. By all means, you’ve captured Cole and Jay’s friendship like no other! Fluff, laughs, bro-moments, angst, heart-to-hearts, and the like. Their CRAZY adventure together blooming from an original plot line off TV to your own incredible story for intrigued readers to follow has been a thriller in every respect. WELL-done, and I sincerely hope the next chapter is out soon.

Alright I've decided while rereading the chapter (for like the 7th time) to list my favorite moments because WHY NOT (I'll try not to just recap the entire chapter but no promises lol)
And I'm doing it on Guest b/c FF won't let me post more than one review per chapter ;P
-"the human equivalent of doe eyes" THIS IS EXACTLY HOW I PICTURE COLE WHEN HE GETS HURT/ANXIOUS/OVERLOADED
-"You're a ghost!" oh woops... I always forget about that... X"D I love Ghost!Cole but since he's turned back I often forget during fics that he's still ghost
-Still gets me right in the heart every time you refer to them as brothers ;u;
-COLE BEING AFFECTIONATE AND JAY BEING SCARED AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH BASICALLY JUST THE WHOLE SCENE AFTER JAY ACCIDENTALLY TOUCHES THE HOT METAL
-The fact that Jay's parents just make absolutely no comment about what's happening in the backseat. Ok idk if that was on purpose or not but I am absolutely chuffed (in the good way) that they're just like 'yup this is normal nothing to comment on here'
-All the imagery of the fight scene, especially the part with Cole's failed flip. I could see that playing out in slow-motion in my mind and it was just like an episode of the show, only the more recent episodes where the graphics are really good and the physics make sense XD
-I HAVE A LOT OF COMMENTS ON THE ENDING BUT I CAN'T MAKE THEM BECAUSE WHENEVER I READ A LINE OF IT I JUST WANT TO KEEP READING AND THEN I FORGET WHAT I WAS GONNA SAY X'D Basically just the entire ending is amazing okay like the whole outstretched hands cliche and Jay's need to keep talking (that is SO him) and Cole not letting go of his hand and all the banter-y dialogue and EVERYTHING IS JUST SO WELL-WRITTEN OKAY

haaAAAAAAAAAAAH BEAUTIFUL WRITING AS ALWAYS *sobs with happiness* TuT When I saw that a new chapter was out, it was my single biggest motivation to finish my homework so I could read it and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Delirious overly affectionate Cole, nervous protective Jay, BEAUTIFUL crystal-clear imagery, flawlessly written and totally in-character comedic moments... not to mention all the platonic physical affection, which I DIE for asdfghjkl X3 And the ending was absolutely perfect, felt like a real show episode ending as well as making me laugh out loud XD TL;DR: THIS WAS MY FAVORITE CHAPTER SO FAR AND I'M NERVOUS BUT EXCITED FOR WHAT LIES AHEAD, NOW IF YOU'LL EXCUSE ME I NEED TO REREAD IT A FEW DOZEN TIMES

AHAH that part where Cole was like: "We should do this again sometime" was hilarious!

*just prays nothing bad happens to Ed and Edna in future chapters* cause yanno, something COULD happen. You never know...
