Uhhhhhh.
So Second ABCT Fort Bliss, yeah they ain't getting M1A3s anytime soon. The first A3s are going to Fort Stuart or First Cav, Second ABCT up here at Fort Hood.
A Corporal wouldn't be a driver, NCO tankers are either Gunners or Tank Commanders. To break it down E-1 through E-4(Specialist) will be drivers or loaders, E-4 (Corporal) and up will be your TCs and Gunners.
We don't really use TUSK anymore.
No fire commands? Where's muh Gunner, Sabot, Tank. Or do you just want it to be some cluster fuck with no communication in the tank.
As a tanker this is a cringe worthy but there is some potential here. Just do some more research and clean up the choppiness of the paragraphs and you should be good.
