I finished chapter 5 and I move on the chapter 6 and I feel like you skipped alot of chapters. It feels like chapter 6 is supposed to be like chapter 20. I feel like you're assuming we would know this story from some where else and you're continuing it. I'm very confused.

I admit that Cardin and his team are amongst the ranks of my least liked characters for the reason of them being bullies and other stuff, but you also make a good point when it comes to the character development. When compared to other games and tv series, there are times when even shows like RWBY just give you the feeling of them missing something that could make them shine brighter.
I also like how you are giving this story much more depth and color than its predecessor, the one made by Magnus (whom I've not heard from since I finished said story).

Wow, this is a cool thing to have found! I am a Nobunaga/Ranmaru fan, in a number of different fandoms, but I haven't found nearly as much fic about them as I think there ought to be, so it's great to find tales in which they appear. I enjoy having Uesugi Kenshin and Takeda Shingen included here, as well. I, too, have been thinking about various possibilities along the lines of "Nobunaga gets some offer of a job [basically] from some supernatural entity after his death," so it's fun to find a story that begins with a similar premise. I was confused when "Magnar" mentioned "you eight have all suffered untimely deaths;" is that a typo, and it's meant to be "you four," or am I missing something, and there are actually four other characters there-or somehow our characters are two characters each? Maybe that's something from a fandom I'm not familiar with-I don't know RWBY at all. At any rate-this first chapter has been very entertaining to read, and I'm glad that I found it.
