This is a Happy and Sad yet Brilliantly Tear Jerkingly Great in the End.
Even though I'm more expecting that, either Amelia Susan Bones receiving an Owl a Day after the Death of the Potter Family, leading to her doing a Secret Investigation with the help of the Goblins and Potter House Elves to not only remove all the Charms, Runes, Curses, and so on on Harry whole becoming his Legal Guardian, or Sirius Orion Black, being a Marauder, a Black, and the Surrogate Brother of James Potter, have activated a Plan ahead before he went to confront Peter Petigrew, amd getting someone, probably from a Crossover with another Series like Kiritsugu Emiya from the Fate Series, Reborn from Hitman Reborn, an Immortal Naruto Uzumaki the Ninja Sage and Greatest Prankster from, well, the Naruto Series, an Immortal Wendy Belserion the Sky Sage Dragon Slayer from Fairy Tail, and so on, aka whomever you believe Sirius Black could have a Contact from the Outside. But this is Good enough as well, Brilliant even.

I need to point this out. Hogwarts, both the Land and Castle, is Originally owned by Helga Hufflepuff before it became a School when all 4 Decided to turn it into one. In the Original Story, ay least.

I know this won't mean much due to the fact that it's already written but, due to the fact that Lilly Joan Evans, now Lily Potter, also got a Letter from Hogwarts before, Petunia Evans, now Petunia Dursleys, should've recognize it.

Im not even through the first chaoter yet but I definitely think my biggest piece of feedback is way too much time is spent describing the world and not enough time is spent moving the plot forward. Try to describe the larger important pieces and let the readers mind fill in the rest
