I was really hoping for a ruthless competent Hermione. Survived 7 years of Hogwarts with Harry Potter. Bullying and all. Then a magical civil war. Then dated the Coward. You'd think in at least one fic she'd grow a spine. But she hesitated constantly in this. Stopped to gape at anything and everything, even mid fight (which y'know, fighting in a war should have beaten out of her) and didn't even get creative with spells. Stupifys... Really? So disappointing, even for a 6k word fic.

Makes me wonder what would happen if or favorite Brightest witch of her age were to meet someone like Grand Admiral Thrawn.
I mean think about it, the guy is calm, strategic, highly intelligent, and fascinated by other cultures, often using his studies of an enemy's cultural background as a way to comprehend how that person thinks.

This was fun! Are you planning to continue working on this fanfiction? I love the setup, Hermoine with her merry band of misfits and an ill-begotten ship? Yeah, I'd love to see the shenanigans they get up to! I'd imagine it to be a bit like Guardians of thr Galaxy, what with their differences and all, but maybe that's just my prejudice towards sci-fi stories. Either way, reading about it would be loads of fun! Also getting to know the characters a bit more ... But I'm getting ahead of myself here. Thank you for writing and sharing, it was very entertaining.
