Again I see a minimal impact from Sirius' inclusion in the story so far. I'm a little surprised that Neville isn't a bit antagonistic towards Harry due to his relationship with Sirius.

Harry considers himself mature, yet, he takes offence to Fleur stating a fact as she understands it? As according to the rules all paricpants must be of age, 17 as I understand it, as well as only being three participants allowed in the first place. Sirius raising Harry seems to have had minimal effect on him, aside from making him more prone to outbursts of anger, as well as a willingness to actually improve himself.
