Well considering when Roman was Alex he had a thing for Elle Belle (now Cinder Fall) and probably knows full well what she's like now; He's probably been following her because he feels guilty about what happened at Flagstaff with the Legion and being absolutely terrified at what the Girl he once loved has turned into. Though I doubt Vickers is gonna be amused at how Alex has leaned in to The Clockwork Orange end of his name on Remnant and at least to some extent turned his daughter Nea Polis into a High functioning sociopath at best. Then throw in how she's probably got feelings for Roman and a "You've got a lot of explaining to do Mister" moment is inevitable with Alex and Ted Vickers along with expressing disgust at using eyeliner. Though come to think of it Roman Torchwick being given Clockwork Orange comparisons is hardly a new thing XCOM: Remnant Unknown did it too (yes definitely a crossover I didn't see coming either but neither was Remnant Inferis: Doom for me and how the Hell someone made those two work) and yet another unique spin on How to Give team's RWBY and JNPR some PTSD. The first in that series is one of those stories started before Vol 3 so goes in some interesting directions and a drunk Weiss saying she's Princess Elsa and the rest of you are peasants who should bow before her was a downtime highlight (oh and the XCOM "List" is canon in it).
Now as to how RWBY-V and JNPR (Syrup ain't gonna care) are probably gonna learn an important lesson from all these revelations regarding the origins of Roman Torchwick, Neopolitan and Cinder Fall; they were all Vickers "kids" (literally in Neo's case) but they still became something twisted. The lesson that sometimes when things go horribly wrong enough that Victims can turn into Victimisers and sometimes potentially even worse than the ones who initially hurt them with Cinder Fall being case and point for that one. I'm sure Qrow, Glynda and Winter are much more familiar with the concept but seeing that old photo of people they undoubtedly saw as unmitigated monsters previously as happy children of one Ted and Tatiana Vickers is gonna have some aftershocks and a reminder of how cruel the world can be. I'm also still curious where Tatiana neé Averis originally came from on Remnant and if my Branwin Tribe Expat theory is correct maybe Qrow might recognise her.
Now as to Weiss's Underwear theft saga; I know that Winter is basically the 3rd tallest Remnite in Vegas after Pyrra and Glynda, along with other observations made about bra sizes not being compatible but you'd think she'd be able to lend her sister some panties at least; I know the Elder Schnee isn't what you'd describe as "Small Framed" like Weiss might be (and has that trait in ROSG) but said garments should hopefully be elastic enough not to fall off for more casual activities, at least till some replacements can be found cuz this is getting kinda ridiculous. Oh Lord; If Weiss learns of what Neo was doing with O'Hanran whilst wearing HER underwear she's gonna flip out...

Holy shit I did not expect things to escalate this quickly, great stuff though. And wow I really NEVER caught the hints that the other kids were Cinder and Roman, I only caught the hints about Neo, things are about to get crazy, I wonder how Roman will be humanized in this story, cause in the show he's kinda just basic prohibitiona era aesthetic bad guy. You've done a great job with Neo honestly, hit the perfect balance between broken girl I can sympathize with and genuinely insane. I can't wait for the next confrontation between Six and his (biological) kid, it's gonna be a rollercoaster I bet. I also love how Raul has taken a more active role in the story now.

Hello I'm formerly known as the Guest; who expressed immense shock that this Story got me to actually like/care about Neo and Cinder, Commented on how Tatiana might be a Branwin Tribe Expat, Called that Watts was behind the wierd collars and That despite some undoubtedly rough interactions with six Raven would be quite useful to him, Potential NCR Civil War with Legion counterattack on Vegas happening simultaneously and Laughing a Qrow making an Ass of himself with the Windows of Lucky 38 (seriously man there's gotta be a roof access even if heavy locked in order for someone to scrub the bird crap that'll inevitably collect on the Space Needle Knockoff).
I have been inspired by more author responses than expected to add an identifier and am glad that Konstantinsen appreciated my efforts at signal boosting over on Dust in the Wind with the Author Buried in Ash also responding to my efforts. Lets see where the winds take us shall we?
Ash also had some interesting takes in an Omake dream sequence that lines up remarkably well with what we see of team RWBY here including a Certain Snowflake Starlet but I seriously doubt This Weiss would stoop to doing a show at the Atomic Wrangler like in this dream. Oh and Ash is surprised at the idea of Norah with a pet Deathclaw BTW and imagining her and the Winter Schnee from the story Snowflake on the Sand who somehow managed to Tame Stripe at Big MT makes me smile my bets on Stripe cowing Syrup easily since he's a mini Alpha Deathclaw or they start having a Very enthusiastic play session. Though come to think of it; of all the non evil RWBY characters that would probably do the best in FNV that's 30 years old or less I'd probably be Winter with her being a veteran soldier and all and vaguely makes me wonder what would have happened if she fell out of the sky a couple of days after Ted Vickers woke up in Goodsprings after Benny "happened"? Old Green Eyes and the woman who would have been the Winter Maiden would have made the the Mojave Tremble and Lanius would probably have been a thick red paste on the ground after the dam, then have RWBY and JNPR fall into their laps with TaiXao Long replacing Winter with Glynda. I'd love to see how Vickers would deal with Tai, especially how he basically fell apart after summer died and left Yang to Raise Ruby by herself for years, let Ruby grow up so hideously naive, then maybe Tai seeing Papa Sixer wrangling all the kids.
Though that also reminds me; I gotta finish Rose over a Shallow Grave, it seemed like it and Pit Stop were comparing notes a lot back In the day. Plus I wonder what Vickers would think of those versions of the Vegas Wonder Kids being battered and scarred by the Wasteland, with Ruby in particular wearing Randal Clark's Ranger Armor Vest and the Helmet (also that a one Sgt Vickers used to own the armor). I feel that if anyone from RWBY would unironically wear a Helmet with "Forgive me Mama" stenciled on it after being exposed to the wasteland horrors it would be Ruby Rose and I'd break Vicker Heart.
I am a little surprised at seeing Her Majesties Herald mentioned, I did poke over there on curiosity a while back as I had a casual understanding of Familiar of Zero even if I never finished season 1, bit surprised what a huge rats nest of corruption that kingdom is and had to constantly browse the wiki to figure out who half the Characters were but It was enjoyable seeing Monsieur Sixteme's antics and Louise needing to be a little more courteous. I consider That version of Courier Six to basically be more of Vickers "Old Green Eyes" persona unleashed with more of his charisma intact (a 1 in charisma as Doc Mitchell mentions is likely frontal lobe damage via bullet wound) in the espionage arena as he really cleans house. With Louise's Mom coming off as Very Intense in a way that was humorous with Six, though if she got more of a view of the Legion from a Pit Stop perspective she'dmaybe be a tiny bit more understanding of Her Six. Oh and I noticed a couple of reviews here wondering about an update for the story over here a bit ago too.
Well wrapping up with actual current chapter stuff; Ted Vickers brain has finally started work regarding of Neo being Vickers Prodigal Daughter. Along with A lot more people realising this fact and Final Confirmation that Alex DeLarge, Elle Belle and Nea Polis are Torchwick, Cinder Fall and Neopolitan respectively. I don't know how I didn't see that those collars the Remnites have were of Saturnite construction till now, it should have been obvious and that Watts got the forges for it up and running is More Disturbing news in addition to the Legion getting Saturnite Weaponry.
Well now I gotta go check out the update for Dust in the Wind that dropped earlier today. I will let Ash know the shout out was appreciated.

I'm out, the world building really falls apart after 30ish chapters. There is too much tell but not show with a vainer of what I can only describe as happy go lucky energy that leaves no grit, no fallout charm to be felt. The economy makes no sense like how New Vegas is somehow mostly independent yet uses NCR banknotes despite the tension of the main plot being what it is.
Pick a lane and stick with it, I swear this named courier six is bipolar or multiple personality disorder. His character motivations and the things he's done/implied to have done are in stark contrast from what he thinks and what he actually does. Whenever any major plot points happens, he just has another predictable mental breakdown, cries, says sorry and the world is all hunky dory once more, ad infinitum.
5/10 mediocre through and through, not terrible but nothing special.

It's always a treat when this fic gets updated!
It's so exciting to see so many characters starting to realize/learn that Neo is Six's daughter. The build up to the eventual reveal (if we get one) of Six learning himself is enormous, and I can't help but feel it won't be a happy situation when it finally happens. Oh, I love the drama.
Also, the way Qrow revealed his connection to Neo was funny af. The entire conversation between the Misfits and the Kings was also great, especially the bit about the "atmosphere". That felt like something that could come straight out of the games to be honest.

Sidenote, I'm curious what you thought about the Fallout tv show. Personally, it continued my dislike for the general direction the franchise is going in, but it was still enjoyable to me, especially the comedic parts. All the main characters were fun to follow, too. Although, they tried too hard with trying to make The Ghoul a badass that he was kind of cringe to me.
