It also occurs to me that something specific was said about Neo's Mom Tatiana Avers Vickers. After my re-read I noticed that Six not only mentioned that she was from a world with "Giant Black Wolves and Bears" but that she was from a tribe. Now I may be reading too much into this but there's only one Tribe in the entirety of RWBY (at least the show) that I'm aware of specifically being mentioned; The Brandwin Tribe. Considering Tatiana was skilled enough to be apart of Ranger Team Echo with Ted Vickers (Its the name of the Protagonist's team from Wasteland 2), her being with the Brandwin's is why she was able to be skilled and tough enough for one of the Desert Rangers premier teams. Sure we got no sign whatsoever that She had Aura unlocked or was actively hiding it but I wouldn't be surprised if the Brandwins make you have it emerge on its own and Tatiana fell onto Earth before it could happen so was stuck without it. I'm making a major stretch for this one but bread crumbs were left before regarding Neo (presumably Roman and Cinder too) but it opens up some interesting angles.
Assuming this is true, then there's a hook for Raven to get involved, perhaps she knew Tatiana. That might make Neo part of the clan and perhaps by extension even Courier Six. If anyone from Remnant who isn't an Immortal could get a read on Ted Vickers and what hes capable of quick it would be Raven, she respects strength which he has in spades. Depending on how her Semblance really works (ie it's range capabilities) she might not even need to fall to whatever keeps shunting stuff between worlds and could simply open a portal to either Yang or Qrow and step through, possibly being trapped on Earth for dramatic effect. After what Yang has said to Six about her mom I'm betting Raven is on his shitlist but perhaps not like Jacques Schnee and she could bargain with him, she may have known Tatiana Personally or was even her friend; she could tell the full story about who Vicker's wife was. Then of course Raven knows about the Maidens, Relics, Salem (and her immortality) and maybe even about Cinder who's almost certainly Ellie Belle. If Cinder shows up then rampages, the Legion Marches, Kimball makes his move or God forbid two or more at once; having BOTH of the Brandwin Twins on Sixes side would be a very powerful asset and that's not even figuring Raven's portal semblance that is currently connected to two different people working with Vickers to allow for unprecedented stratrgic mobility and that she's the Summer Maiden. The cherry on top; can also transform into a bird too like her brother for that additional X factor.
This would undoubtedly be very rocky at the start but Six can offer her a place in an entire world without Salem, with no Grimm and potentially no shortage of foes to fight that few would care ended up dying as I get the feeling she wouldn't like the Legion or what they would try to do to Yang. I always got the feeling she Cared far more than she let on but hates to show it in anything other than a harsh/twisted way, it was originally in a tiny snippet at Vol 2's end and that one flashback scene with Summer Rose in Vol 9 definitely reinforced it for me. A bit of reconciliation would be interesting and if there was enough time Raven could help keep an extra eye on RWBY-V and JNPR-S antics, maybe even help train them for the coming storm and even put on one Hell of a Show in the Thorn for Red Lucy if she felt like it/wanted to earn some money.

Well then… Six sold out the Rangers, but as I know of New Vegas, it might’ve been a complicated situation.
Both Six and Neo right now are not okay with their emotions and Six maybe the one that breaks. As I know of this interpretation of Courier Six, he made a lot bad choices and they haunted him for decades and its just getting worse.
Just simply a case of a good man in a really bad situation.
And Arthur is here! And he’s going to use Big Mt and the brains programmed dementia and insanity for Arthur to spread out his will. And if Six figures out the slave collars are coming from Big Mt, there is going to be hell to pay for sure.

Wow, this chapter was packed with interesting developments.
I really enjoyed the scene between Weiss and the Misfits. Surprisingly, it might be my favorite scene of the chapter or at least tied with the scene between Neo and O'Hanrahan. It was just funny and enjoyable reading the Misfits keep shitting on each other.
I was also surprised that Neo actually opened up to O'Hanrahan, excited to see what comes with this. Although, that's assuming he's still alive after this chapter. Neo was pretty unstable the whole time.
I'm glad it didn't take long for the kids to figure out who the mute was. When you had them eager and ready to talk to Six about her, I was like "WHOA, WE DOING THIS!?" and then we never returned to them again for the rest of the chapter. How cruel of you to make it a cliffhanger. xD
This isn't to say the rest of the chapter was any less good, though. The whole introduction of Arthur into the story was pretty crazy with him already working with the Legion. I did not see this coming, although I feel like Six will soon encounter him, in-person or not, with his "lead" on the collars. It also looks like Vulpes is planning on double-crossing Arthur.
Overall, a lot of awesome stuff that I can't wait to see unfold in future chapters. The omakes were also good. More Neo and O'Hanrahan was enjoyable.

I was right about Arthur Watts was here! But he doesn't seem responsible for the Retrofitted Paladins the NCR seems to possess even if he invented the original design (hadn't remembered that till recently). So what, is there another Remnant scientist in the NCR; Dr Pollendia, Dr Morreau, or maybe Velvet's dad Will? Those are the only Remnant Scientists asides from Watts I've ever heard of.
To other Guest that responded to me; now I'm Really worried about Legion Interference since they're getting armed by Watts...

After Rereading this quite rapidly I now can't shake the feeling of there not merely being a brewing fight between NCR and Vegas (Lead By Six) but the makings of an NCR civil war with Vickers aligned group on one Side and Kimball on the other, then maybe what's left of the Legion messing around in the Chaos. I hope I'm just being Paranoid...

I was not expecting Six and Neo to already confront each other that quick, but it's a welcome surprise. That entire meeting between the two was so goddamn good that it made me sad when she ended up escaping, cutting the meeting short.
Also, the fact that Sarah think Pyrrha and Jaune are siblings is pretty funny. I can see that weirding her out if she starts noticing how Pyrrha looks at Jaune lol.
And, I hope Six didn't actually drink any of the whiskey he had next to him, but his hands were shaking and the cork was still on, so he probably didn't. It also looks like Glynda might be another helpful push for him in a better direction with how she snapped him out of his little daze he had going. I can see some sort of advisor/partnership thing going on if it gets that far.
Side note, the way you went in and out of the action scene with Qrow kind of gave me a revelation about fanfics and novels. I never noticed how so many fanfics are kind of written like a movie or tv show, there's a lot of cutting to different POVs within the same chapter that I don't normally see in the novels I read.
I'm not saying this is bad, but it's just something neat that I noticed because I think you did a pretty great job with it in this chapter. The transitioning from-and-back-to Qrow's fight with the rangers was really smooth. The pacing for it was quick and we didn't linger too long in non-Qrow POVs during his fight, which kept me engaged with all the different POVs happening. If any of those sections in between were too long, I think my mind would just start wandering to what's going on with Qrow in his little life-or-death fight.
Also, Happy Late Thanksgiving if you celebrated it. Hopefully, this December goes good for everybody, because this year has been hectic.
