~Outside of Aren-delle in Norway, Scandinavia, Europe
Arendelle changed during the time Elsa and Anna have been gone for so long past thirteen years ago since the fateful childhood accident happened that night back when Elsa was eight, whereas, Anna was only five back then but also during the other time, their parents died from drowning back when Elsa was eighteen, whereas, Anna was fifteen back then. The streets seemed dark and dreary, but the whole entire kingdom of Arendelle also seemed unwelcoming. The kingdom of Arendelle disappeared through the tree line.

~The Courtyard of Arendelle~
"If Snow Princess Elsa and Normal, Ordinary Princess Anna of Arendelle have grown up to be a classical tale of three long lost royal crown princess sisters anywhere else away from here even during between the times before and after their parents died from drowning in a death storm, by leaving their long lost surviving daughters orphaned back when Elsa was eighteen, whereas, Anna was fifteen, then where are all the other residents of Arendelle? In fact, where are the royal castle guards, the servants, maids, butlers, the council of Arendelle, all the other royal castle staff of Arendelle?"
