for Déjà vu7/29/2018 c3 Alikattt
I'm reviewing again, for several reasons (It's Alikattt but I've already reviewed all three chapters. The first being that every time I read this story it gets better. Nostalgia for the actual show mixed in with real, cute, hilarious and GENUINE dialogue and character description makes it so so so so good that I feel like I wanna explode. The second reason is OH MY FUCKING GOD IT'S SO CLEVER! SNOWBALL AND SHIT! Seriously for some reason it's taken me like 8 readings to completely get my head around It, but every little thing, especially in the last chapter, is just perfect. Maybe it's just cause I examine stuff too much but from Pat Benatar (a song played leading up too the snowball in the show) to Time After Time to, "A part of him swear he's done this before, some other place, time", to ""You're just... beautiful". (A part of him swears he's said that to her before as well). I mean holy shit what a clever and heartwarming story, woven together magnificently. The third reason I'm here is because I miss you as a writer. Please please come back, it's stories like this that we are missing now and you are such an amazing provider of them.

Oh my dear Lord. This is by far and away one of the best complete stories I've ever read. I'm literally just sat here speechless with a massive smile on my face from that absolute gem. Reading this from start to finish is he best thing I've done all week, thank you so fucking much. The dialogue: perfect. The references/hidden meanings: perfect ("a part of him swears that he's done this with her before, somewhere else, some other time -", holy mutherfuckingshit), and characterisation: perfect. The best three-year story I've ever seen, thank you.

Ooh, you've got kind of a Shadowhunters vibe with this bar. And as for Mike's memory, how could he have forgotten if he was just as much a nerd back then? Presumably any dance and/or kiss with a girl would have been very memorable! Curiouser and curiouser . . . please update very soon!
