Cute story - but let's be honest - it doesn't qualify for a "K" rating.
A K rating is "Intended for general audience 5 years and older. Content should be free of any coarse language, violence, and adult themes. "
A K rating is "Suitable for more mature childen, 9 years and older, with minor action violence without serious injury. May contain mild coarse language. Should not contain any adult themes. "

I think we should agree that the implications of "insatiable" as they strip down and get in the bath together qualify as "adult themes".

By the rating guidelines, it should be a "T":
Suitable for teens, 13 years and older, with some violence, minor coarse language, and minor suggestive adult themes.
