Seriously, though, Kishi made a huge mistake by NOT using this sub-plot efficiently enough at least vs Kaguya.
While I dislike Sakura in the first place, but her being involved in the Ootsutsuki battle made ZERO SENSE to begin with - if there was a much BETTER candidate to aid the two "main guys".
I hope your story rectifies this failure in yet another nice way. :)

I feel that something inside Naruto will divert his feelings from Sakura to Hinata of whom would return said feelings, though the issue to me is if Hinata is the reincarnation of the Sages brother or as he is known as "The Sage of the Moon"

Interesting start, so Minato faked his death? I'm curious about where this is going, I was gonna ask if you'll put the other half of the kyuubi in Naruto but now it seems pointless since Minato is alive somehow. That is if I didn't completely misunderstood the whole thing lol.
