Loved this story! So wish that this was in the real Tv series. Carl's death really ruined the show for me. This could have worked as a plot and we would all still have our favorite one eyed gunslinger around...

I really loved this, great story! Season 8 was such a big disappointment now that they’ve killed off Carl. It’s stories like these that make me feel happy inside, like he’s not really gone. Hopefully you’ll write another story with this AU in mind. Maybe one about that date Carl wants to take Enid on? That would be adorable!
