Man this whole chapter was so sweet and precious! I loved seeing Narcissa so happy, even if it is still a little bittersweet. The bath being relaxing enough to keep her human a little longer was cute; I'm glad what progress is being made is slow enough that it just makes sense. I can't wait for others to see her! All in all, great chapter, and I hope you're doing well!

I’m so excited now! It’s been a while since I visited this site, but in the hopes of some of my favorite stories being updated, I came back. Lucky me! I really like how this story is developing and I'm excited to read more as it becomes available. I love how wolf-Bellatrix is written, and her character development over the course of the story so far is outstanding. Her internal conflict with her old Death Eater ideals and her current wolf-inspired pack mentality is fascinating to read. I like that she acknowledges that she's "supposed" to hate Hermione for being a muggleborn, but she isn't sure why, and she has trouble reconciling with how she actually feels.
The only thing I dislike in this story is how Ron/Harry keep arguing the cynical side of the circular "she's not the same Bellatrix/she's a Death Eater" argument without any sign of their views changing or developing. They're just bitter and hostile and it gets frustrating whenever that argument comes up. I understand that some character has to hold the opposing viewpoint or else it would feel like the characters are unrealistically optimistic, but distrust/disbelief would be preferable to their outright hostility and rejection of rational arguments about Bellatrix's state of mind.
I also have a bit of trouble seeing Harry make that argument in the first place. Ron and Molly I can believe much more easily, because Ron holds strong opinions and Molly is stubborn. But it doesn't feel like it quite fits with Harry's established character. The majority of stories I've read depict Harry as being supportive, compassionate, and non-judgemental unless a character directly wrongs him. But he seems to have hated Bellatrix right off the bat, without any prior knowledge of her. Perhaps a section (not necessarily a whole chapter) with some of Harry's viewpoint would help explain why he thinks as he does.
