Okay so maybe my review last chapter was premature. Now the cero is broken in the completely opposite way. Disregarding damage resistance since you haven't actually mentioned any, apparently when Ichigo used his cero against that Adjuchas the cero he was able to use with zero charge time was powerful enough to kill HIMSELF five times over. I know how numbers can be fun to play with but as someone who has been working on making a useable starship creation ruleset for a custom Star Wars RPG I know very well that it's not something you can just hammer out and expect it to work. Vagueness is your friend since this is a story. I have to actually run a whole bunch of simulations as I try to get my system to work but you don't need to actually have players use your system.

Ugh. Again, the charge time for cero now imakes just as little sense as the previous boost. Nowhere in canon did anyone ever take even a fraction that long to prep a cero. It makes way more sense to have a reasonable flat charge time modified by a stat; the way you have it the charge time will never get down to a reasonable level because as Ichigo levels he'll spend even more RK on the cero to keep it competitive so despite his dex lowering the charge time the time to charge a useful cero will actually INCREASE. You really need to take a hard look at your system and consider the math behind it. Your attempts to make everything super specific are only leading to a nonsensical mess.

i have a feeling dog hollow will sneakily level herself up and shove 100 or so points into charisma and luck so try and shag ichigo.
