Dude, the explanation in parentheses was pretty garbage. Just say "And Urahara told her about..." or something. No need to break the 4th wall for that. Doing it sometimes is fine, especially since this is a Gamer - and thus at least partly self-aware story. But don't get too lax.

Well now we deal with her trying to deal with ladies wanting that protag ding-dong. Hoy here's an idea, what if Orihime's attacks scaled with charm? That could be interesting, like her focusing on charm to try to get protag wang and then it works out that her attacks scaled, meanwhile Tatsuki gets suspicious about the stat distribution. Besides, from what I can remember in canon as long as she believe in her little critters and was on good terms with them they got strunker. There are other aspects too I'm sure, but it is two in the morning and I'm kinda stuck on the hilarity of Tatsuki feeling besieged on all sides and the (5-ish?) girls getting into some kind of 'impress Ichigo' arms race/cold while all training/gaming together, meanwhile he is off being a lizard eating monsters and trying to not bone the doggo. Also it would be neat for charm to have a use, I was always a fan of a game where any build could theoretically make it all the way through, even if in only very specific circumstances (DS3 LCK Hollow Anri's SS).
