Are you deliberately nerfing mc by having him go on a retard spree when chosing perks? So far only 2-3 of his perks has been the best available and his excuse has been that he didn’t want it? Really?

* school leaving age is 15, which is low by the standards of just about anywhere with higher education. Of course most people aren't going to do it because peer pressure is one of the most powerful forces in Japanese society, and because as a society they grew up so fast ( it's only what, 7 generations since they were medieval feudal isolationists ) there's atill a lot of conformity westerners find odd., even if our society had & still has a little of a fairly rigid class structure like mine.
* High school has three years & starts at 15, which sensibly matches the leaving age. I got a bit lost why you bumped their ages up, but they can be in HS at 15.

Ok this person is nothing like Ichigo. Ichigo talks shit but he always tries to act cool when he is winning. He wouldn't say "take that bitch" and just cuss and talk shit to people when he is winning. Idk maybe it's just been a long time since I saw Bleach. Ichigo was hot tempered and childish but it was in a completely different way.
And those people in the karate club were way too strong. Ichigo started out with 8 STR VIT & DEX but this girl has 20 and can boost to 40 DEX.
Why can Ichigo see that Iryu is a Quincy but he cant tell that he himself isn't purely human? Why would he tell Iryu that he knows he is a Quincy when he doesn't even know wtf it is? Why would he stop reading the tutorial just because it was too long even though time was stopped?
If this was an OC or something these I wouldn't really have a problem with those choices even if they were a bit stupid. But it's like all of Ichigos worst traits are amplified

Your storiesthe two that I've read so farhave astounded me with how well they have come along! also, I don't blame you for your assumptions on the series. I did not know any of that either. I honestly cannot wait to read more of this and your HP gamer story!
I just want you to know that you will forever have a fan in me. I can just imagine myself reading these over and over even if they're never completed.
I remember reading something you said about not having a beta. Honestly, if I understood what that completely entailed I would offer my services. The only problem being I don't know what all is entailed and have never beta'd before...so...yea...thats considering that you haven't found someone already.
I only wish you well on further writing adventures!

This should definitely change because as it is worded now, all Ichigo has to do is say "I intend to protect all of humanity", and he suddenly OHK Aizen on his level 8.
As it is, on lvl 8 if we take his current "protection group" it's at least 8 people. Plus one that gives him stats in the 70's.
Let's go down a bit from the whole world, and say he intends to protect the whole of Karakura. That's a mid-sized town, so let's say, 300K people. 8*300K2.400.000 in his str/vit/agi stats. That's probably beyond city buster, possibly up on the island buster level.
Japan? 126.8 mil. That's in str/vit/agi.
The whole world? 7.53 billion. That's in str/vit/agi. 60 BILLION points of strength.
Congratulations. You made a lvl 8 gamer suplex planets.
