It's pretty good, I like it very much. I know how hard it can be to write in a language that's not your mother tongue. You have a few oddities here and there because of it, but that's what a beta reader (or proof reader) is for. I would offer to be yours, but I'm struggling with English too, so it's up to you. I'm sorry, but I can't even bother to want to know how it would be ok in anyone's mind as to Ren's behavior in this fic.
If you believe his love to be so superficial and flighty, then you don't understand the character at all. In fact it calls into question your understanding of what true love is. This is not romantic. I know we are only human and we make mistakes, but to go so far as to be ok with him making out, fondling and willing to bed another woman for such a dumb misunderstanding without even trying to find out what happened straight from the source, and so quickly after seeing the photo, is insulting.
If he really is that fickle, he would have given up months ago. And if he is the way you've written him, what would happen once together and they have another bad misunderstanding? He'll be off to screw another woman. You think that's acceptable behavior? You think that's behavior that Kyoko should condone and settle for?
No, Ren would have pushed the woman away, rejected her, and if she gave him her personal number, he would have tossed it into the trash immediately because he wouldn't be interested. Or else there is no reason for him to have been so hurt by the photo of Kyoko and Sho. There would be no real reason for the story to progress really, in that respect.
Your writing isn't in question, aside from some spelling and grammatical errors. It's your character interpretation and you obviously believe to be excusable behavior. I hope that isn't how you truly view real love to be because it's not a valid excuse for someone who supposedly has such a deep love for you that at the first sign of hurt feelings will go and be unfaithful and it be deemed a "we are only human" mistake.
I apologize for such a review. Please understand that these type of stories have become so common that it is very frustrating to see how people nowadays view a healthy or acceptable, even romantic relationship. To me, it's not romance- it's a tragedy that so many people believe it to be romantic.

This is a very good start, I liked how you developed your ideas. I'm just not okay with the perspective of Ren reciprocating the kiss and fondling the wrong actress T_T
Even if he is hurt, he's far too long into showbiz to know that photos can be misinterpreted. If he really loves Kyoko, he should at least ask her before throwing himself on another woman. I mean, he knows how fragile Kyoko was that night and he must be and idiot to not understand how tranquil she was after she saw him. That should mean something to him! If Sho was really her boyfriend, shouldn't she be okay after the kiss? Isn't strange that she was suffering by herself in a random street?
Argh, Ren, you idiot. I spent years rooting for him; if he really *thinks* about move on with that actress, I'll root for Kijima, Taira, Hikaru,Reino, anyone but him and Sho, two ungrateful and idiotic bastards (*angry face*)
