Oh Snap! Snape just got burned! Also here comes the Occlumency training

I have read all the chapters leading up to this one and I love it! I want more!

Now I have to ask, are you an Anime Fan? If so what are your thoughts on doing a Harry Potter and Slayers crossover? Because I have a template for a challenge that was inspired when I saw Fricat P. put up for a challenge suggested by Thunder Dragon if you want to do it. In fact my suggestion is a perfected version of Thunder Dragon's work if I do say so my self with a little something extra. Now if you cannot do it yourself can you post it while still acknowledging and give credit to Fricat P. and Thunder Dragon? I don't want to be called a rip-off artist or plagiarist. Now it does have some elements of other anime's styles and magic systems but it should only be as shout outs and actual powers.

Also if you do decide to do it would be best if you take a look at the Harry Potter and The Cetra Heritage story series by Quartermass and use it as a template without deliberately ripping off his work. Now to help plan this out do each story as a season take it one at a time by making each season a sequel to the so you do not burn yourself out. Also no fourth wall breaking! The world and story should be immersive and fourth wall breaking puts a screeching halt on that!

Harry Potter and the Slayers Part 1: Harry's powers and abilities and Harry's Adventure's. Harry has to be 8 years old when he get's dragged into the Slayers world(Ceipheed has to be the one who brought Harry into the Slayers world after Harry cries out for help which the Flare Dragon God responds and answers that prayer)and for his adventures he has to go through the first 3 seasons of the Slayers Anime or the first 8 volumes of the Slayers Light Novels and some of the various Slayers Manga until he turns eleven.

During this time Harry has to develop all the skills of a mid tier sorcerer, with Black, White, and Shamanistic Magic under his belt and even learns Holy Magic from Philia and The Golden Dragons who lived at The Fire Dragon King's Temple so Harry is not as vulnerable or inexperienced and when he returns to Hogwarts for his Wizarding training and adventures where he gains his cannon skills but Harry has to develop his cannon personality but now has a genius level intellect and an incredible drive to learn and is willing to work hard to gain new skills and has incredible self control. Also when Harry turns eleven he has to go through the events of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

When you get to the 4th and 5th Seasons of the Slayers Anime Harry has to develop all of the skills that Lina and Zelgadis Greywords have excluding the Giga Slave and Ragna Blade spells but Harry learns Gourry and Zelgadis's swordsmanship just to give him a better chance without his wand along with learning Amelia's skill set and every thing Filia can do with Holy Magic in cannon as well. Also it would be beneficial for Harry to have that Horcrux in his scar exorcised after Lina finds away to milk all the information of Tom's Riddle's wizardry before he became Voldemort and some of the locations of the other Horcruxes so Harry does not have to martyr himself and to gain a bit of a jump on those who want his head. Because whew boy! Lina and the rest of the Slayers would go ape shit crazy and demolish Magical Britain after developing a big sibling and student/teacher relationships with Harry if he does martyr himself!

After Harry completes his adventures in the Slayers World he goes through the events of the remaining Harry Potter Books after the Sorcerer's Stone. Now in Harry's later school years Harry learns Norse Runes and other Norse magic's like Gandr and Seidr, he also learns some European and Asian magic's like Taoism, Omoyudo, Celtic Magic, Western and East Asian Alchemy, and some really old powers like Ancient Egyptian magic's and other anime series magic like all the powers of the Dark Magician and it's various counterparts across the Yu-Gi-Oh Franchise, The magic's of Card Captor Sakura series, other powers in HP cannon like being an Animagus and his Animagus transformation makes him take the form of a gold and black Western like European Dragon(Two long horns on his head with silver hair, with it being a reptilian quadruped with four legs, Two Wings, long tail that ends with an arrowhead but with fur on the end of it and with the whiskers of a Chinese Dragon with near impenetrable scales that are imbued with the energy of Ying and Yang and every scale having enough mystical power to light up the world for 100 years)and with all the powers of real world Dragon Lore and Mythology from across the globe and for Harry to be something of a titan of magic and a innovator Harry discovered and devised the magic systems found in the World of Fate/Stay Night and worked to merge science and sorcery like in the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series of magic as he invented it and developed it just to give the Wizarding World and Slayers World a light of hope to strive toward with Harry becoming the next Merlin for all intents and purposes for the Wizarding World and Slayers World and did not give up his humanity in order to grow to be something awesome.

Harry Potter and The Slayers Part 2: Magical Migration. The 2nd part of the challenge is that eventually the Wizarding Communities of Earth cannot stay in hiding forever along with many of those Magical Creatures so it would be beneficial for the Wizarding Communities and it various Magical Creatures to migrate to the Slayers World Lina lives in for everybody's benefit. It is a somber truth but one that needs to be addressed but it would be for the betterment of everyone and many of those Fantastic Beasts would have a place where they can roam free with the sentient magical beings being treated as equals to wizards and magically aware humans but still have the protection that they had in the HP universe and maybe give a technological boost to the Slayers world as we have seen in the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie along with the technology in Harry Potter's time period making an industrial boom but not a big enough one that it causes global warming or climate change and make a world were science and magic coexist. Also the Wizarding communities of Earth can assimilate exist in peace with the Sorcerers of the Slayers world without persecution and they can have their culture and lifestyle without needing to live in hiding.

Harry Potter and The Slayers Part 3: Harry's Equipment. For Harry's Equipment it is almost all cannon. His cannon wand and eventually The Elder Wand, his Cloak of Invisibility, The Resurrection Stone and his second broom. It wouldn't be Harry Potter without those key items and equipment as Harry would not be himself otherwise. Also Harry makes his own sword that has the same powers as the Sword of Light in Slayers but being able to channel Harry Potter and Slayers magic and spells through the Blade. Also speaking of wand's Harry finds a way to salvage the wood and cores of his original wand, the wand he steals from Draco Malfoy, and The Elder Wand to make his Staff of the Magi that can aid Harry in casting Slayer universe and Harry Potter spells so he can have two of his own signature mystic weapons. The Staff of the Magi has all the cannon powers of Harry's original wand, the Elder Wand, and the Wand he stole from Draco Malfoy.

Harry Potter and The Slayers part 5: Harry's enemies. Harry's enemies should not be lightweights. The first few enemies that Harry encounters are the one's that the Slayers meet and face in the series. Now when Voldemort learns of Harry's new powers and of the world he learned those new skills he finds away to the world of the Slayers that Lina lives in and learns the skills of the best wizards and sorcerer's there and delves into making himself into a high-ranking Mazoku with all of Voldemort's cannon powers, The Magic's of the Slayers world and the powers of a high ranking Mazoku along with the powers of a Vampire, Bogart, and Dementor, along with learning other Dark Magic's such as Voldemort learning Necromancy, Norse Magic, Celtic Magic, Dark Greco/Roman Magic, Alchemy, Ancient Egyptian magic and gain the powers of the Dark Creatures that he pit's against Harry in cannon to bump himself up the food chain and become the monster the Wizarding World sees him as and a legitimate threat. Voldemort should have the venom of the Basilisk as his blood and in his teeth which can kill most people in a single bite, the killing gaze of the eyes of the Basilisk which he can turn on and off at will, drain the blood, souls, and all emotion and happiness of his victims like a Dementor and Vampire to power himself up and recover from injuries, and to restore his magic and energy from the life force of his victims.

Voldemort also now has the brute strength and magic resistance of a HP Troll and HP Giant and Voldemort can also take the form of what his opponent fears most like a Boggart and draws strength from fear with the more people are afraid of him the stronger he becomes, and like a snake he can shed off his previous body to restore himself at his best but only with intense concentration so it is useless in a fight. Voldemort now also has a healing factor and can also regenerate his body without outside help such as limbs, bones, and vital organs but it takes time and like Bram Stokers Count Dracula, Voldemort can turn into mist, a flock of bats, take the form of a wolf, become younger and stronger the more blood he drinks and can resurrect himself on certain occasions has found out how to make the Philosopher's Stone and has drunk the elixir of life and if you include Voldemort's Horcruxes he will not be able to die unless those are destroyed along with burning his coffins and make him near impossible to put down.

Voldemort when he get's the Elder Wand and looking for the other Deathly Hallows should also learn to use dark matter, and learn dark voodoo and grows stronger the more death he deals and the more fear their is in the area he is in. Voldemort to be a better foil to Harry Potter can take the form of a Feathered Winged Serpent to mock Harry's new Dragon Form and also become a humanoid Werewolf like in the Harry Potter movies but be in control of himself in his werewolf form and take that form at will at any point of the lunar cycle but also have the traditional weaknesses of Werewolves like Silver bullets which can hurt him and the herb Wolfs Bane which can as well an seeing as Voldemort has become a pseudo vampire he has problems moving in direct sunlight, which drains him but does not kill him just to not make him to overpowered. Voldemort also has to make deals with literal Demons for more power and knowledge of magic ala Faust to make him into a true Dark Lord along with his most loyal lieutenants among the Death Eaters also evolving and the same with their allies evolving just to make them a credible threat against the threats in the Slayers World.

Harry Potter and The Slayers part 6: Parings. Harry/Hermione,Harry/Fleur or Harry/Ginny. Zelgadis/Amelia and Lina/Gourry. If Harry does get with Hermione Ron has to get Fleur Delacour. If Harry gets with Fleur, Ron gets with Hermione. If Harry gets with Ginny Ron gets with Hermione. Luna/Neville Longbottom. No harems or gender bending!

Harry Potter and the Slayers part 7: Character portrayals. As every one in the story is their cannon self they have to be represented in a believable way. That means no character bashing on the Harry Potter or Slayers sides of the crossover! I repeat! No character bashing on the Harry Potter or Slayers sides of the crossover! Everyone is their cannon self or as possible with this crossover! Deconstruction maybe but only to reconstruct them later.

Yeah it bears asking but where in Harry Potter's family tree did a Dragon end up with a Wizard or Witch? We never did find out and neither did Harry. I am pretty sure that needs to happen. Maybe not soon but possibly when Harry goes down some adventures in the dragon realms.

I still have to ask. Where in Harry Potter's family tree did a Dragon end up with a Wizard or Witch? We never did find out and neither did Harry

Seeing as people want Voldemort and Harry Potter to power up. Why not make Harry learn the Dungeons and Dragons style spells that the characters in Job Interviews have based on their classes? The only problem in Job interview is that Job Interviews was not done subtly or from a character that fit the current setting in order to expand the world you are building. So rewrite it that Vaerath learned all the skills, abilities, and powers of all the classes and skills that the characters in Job Interviews have with the Spyro the Dragon series style of mysticism and powers(from all continuities)and Harry Potter series of magic and is willing to show what he knows as an example of what Harry Potter could become.

Seeing as people Voldemort and Harry Potter to power up. Why not make Harry learn the Dungeons and Dragons style spells that the characters in Job Interviews have based on their classes? but to avoid the mistake that you made in Job Interviews make it part of one of the worlds that Vaerath went to and keep some of the mechanics but look at the traditional folklore of the mysticism that inspired those classes and try to implement it. That would be cool. The only problem on how it was implemented as it was not done subtly or from a character that fit the setting in order to expand the world you are building. Or maybe rewrite Job Interviews just to get rid of that problem.

Now for Voldemort.

Voldemort has to keep all his cannon powers but has to incorporate the powers of a Vampire, Bogart, and Dementor, Werewolf, Basilisk, along with learning other Dark Magic's such and gain the powers of the Dark Creatures that he pit's against Harry in cannon to bump himself up the food chain and become the monster the Wizarding World sees him as and a legitimate threat to Dragons.

Voldemort also now has the brute strength and magic resistance of a HP Troll and HP Giant and Voldemort can also take the form of what his opponent fears most like a Boggart and draws strength from fear with the more people are afraid of him the stronger he becomes, and like a snake he can shed off his old body to restore himself at his best but only with intense concentration so it is useless in a fight. Voldemort now also has a healing factor and can also regenerate his body without outside help such as limbs, bones, and vital organs but it takes time and just like Bram Stokers version Count Dracula Voldemort can turn into mist, a flock of bats, take the form of a wolf, become younger and stronger the more blood he drinks and can resurrect himself on certain occasions and has found out how to make the Sorcerers Stone and has drunk the elixir of life and still if you include Voldemort's Horcruxes he will not be able to die unless those are destroyed and make him near impossible to put down unless the stone is destroyed, his coffins are burned and his Horcruxes with Voldemort learning The Spell that The Sorceress tried to use in Spyro: Year of the Dragon, to try and make himself even more immortal with his Horcruxes, The Elixir of Life, and Psuedo Vampirism but seeks out the supposed immortality of the first Purple Dragon Malefore.

Voldemort when he get's the Elder Wand and looking for the other Deathly Hallows should also learn to use dark matter, and gain ESP and Telepathy and learns Demonology and grows stronger the more death he deals and the more fear their is in the area he is in. Voldemort must become more of a humanoid abomination who is the symbolic devil to Harry's savior and just to be a better foil and can take the form of a Winged Feathered Serpent to mock Harry's new connection to Dragons and also become a humanoid Werewolf like in the Harry Potter movies but be in control of himself in his werewolf form and take that form at will at any point of the lunar cycle but also have the traditional weaknesses of Werewolves like Silver bullets which can hurt him and the herb Wolfs Bane which can as well.

Voldemort must become more of a humanoid abomination who is the symbolic devil to Harry's savior just to be a better foil and the nightmare of the Wizarding World and an abomination that needs to go as an affront to nature, mankind and all The Laws of Magic. But for the icing on the cake Voldemort also has to transform himself further beyond the limits of most mortal magicians and after further mutating and transforming himself with Aether he can use the Fear, Shadow, Poison, Wind, Undeath, and Magic elements like Skylanders Cynder and Legend of Spyro Cynder and Skylanders Spyro.

Voldemort however can use Aether like Cynder and Voldemort like Malefore he delves into Dark Aether and goes into his dark form but keep his mind and agency, and seeks out the Sorcerer from Spyro the Dragon: Shadow Legacy to grow even more powerful, backstabs him, learns the spells from the Sorceress abandoned library, learns the spell to turn gems into warriors and soldiers like Gnasty Gnorc did in the very first Spyro The Dragon game to further bolster his forces and tries to make himself immortal from the spell the Sorceress tries to use in Year of the Dragon.

Also Voldemort has to seek out the servants of Malefore such as the Grublins, The Wyverns of the Legend of Spyro series, The Twisted Forms of the Apes, that were cursed by Malefore and the remaining Golems of the Deeps just to strengthen his dark army and seeks out the longevity of Dragon Kind just to cover all of his bases.

I have to do some rewriting on the list for Harry and Voldemort's powers.

Now seeing as you are giving Voldemort a boost lets make a list of all the powers people want Harry to gain in sequel stories and for Voldemort, Some are for possibly later adventures for Harry, maybe after his school years so to help you keep organized. Also I would look at the Spyro Wiki for what Harry can really do now he has Dragon Blood in his veins.(Speaking of which where in Harry Potter's family tree did a Dragon end up with a Wizard or Witch? We never did find out and neither did Harry.)

First off Harry learns the mystical theories of real world mysticism like Druidic practices, Norse Runes and other Norse magic's like Gandr and Seidr With Harry gaining all his cannon powers. Also I would love it if Harry Potter got the Wild Card and the entire Norse Pantheon and the Dragon Persona's first from every Persona game and all those that you can get in Persona 3, 4, and learns Norse Magic.

The Norse Magic's are Gandr, Seidr, along with Celtic, Welsh, and Druidic Magic and Celtic Oghaam befitting the mythos of Merlin as an Old Celtic and Druidic religious figure who did go to Hogwarts in the Slytherin House in HP cannon and the times the Vikings sacked the British Isles along with all of his cannon powers and learn the various paths of mysticism of all the world cultures that the various Persona's in the franchise originate from without compromising on his soul or selling it out; for example Taoism, Omoyudo, Celtic Magic, Western and Eastern Alchemy, and Ancient Egyptian magic. Also during the Persona Adventure Harry has to learn Norse and Celtic Magic along with everything Harry can do in cannon from across the franchise. After he masters his Dragon Powers and after Hogwarts in my opinion.

Oh and if you decide for Harry to go down events of one of the Persona games here is my take on implementing elements of Persona 3, 4, and 5. Go with Persona 4 as the Tarot Cards fit Western Magic and Harry Potter is all about Magic. And make sure Harry gets everything that the Player Character gets when going for 100% Completion. However if you go with Harry getting a Persona, make sure he can only use his regular Wizarding Magic and his Persona's until he gets the World Arcana to balance everything out.

Now if you need help on researching the Shin Megami Tensei series, take a look at the Megami Tensei wiki and before I go any further if you do decide to do a Person a crossover you need to know the differences of the mystical powers of the Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series.

The first method in the Persona series is the utilization of ones own spiritual essence in the form of a historical, religious or mythological figure in the form of a Persona based in Jungian Psychology and the Tarot Card and the 32 Major Arcana of the Western Magical Tradition. But a Persona can only be summoned under special circumstances but can be summoned outside of those circumstances with enough hard work. I recommend you make Harry get all the Norse Pantheon, and The Persona's that are traditionally Dragons as the first Persona's he gets to please people.

And the second method involves invoking of demons, angels, Pagan Gods, and other supernatural entities in the Shin Megami Tensei and series has much more power but revolves around combat when a human being is working with a supernatural entity which is usually the source of most of the player characters. Key word being usually.

Now for the Dragon powers. Seeing as quite a bit of the Legend of Spyro series borrows so much from Lord of the Rings, why not make Harry get some of the powers of the greatest Dragons of Middle Earth? Harry should have the literal firepower of Ancalagon the Black and the ability to create storms like Ancalagon The Black as well and hypnotize people with the Dragon Spell like the legendary Glaurung in the Similrillion but try and merge it with the Harry Potter and Spyro series mechanics. Now on the topic of the Dragons of Arda. Here is everything that The Dragons of Arda can do.

Dragons were long-lived, powerful, cunning, possessed of subtle intelligence, had great physical strength, and were covered in nearly impenetrable scales everywhere except their undersides. They also possessed an overwhelming greed for treasure, especially gold, and were well known for sleeping on piles of stolen treasure. By their very nature, they relished not only the theft of beautiful things, but the act of dispossession itself; essentially, it was more satisfying for them to steal treasure from another rather than come upon unclaimed valuables. According to Thorin Oakenshield they had a very keen sense of the value of their hoard, but never themselves crafted so much as a brass ring. Dragons were prone to fits of anger, which could result in devastating effects upon the surrounding land and those living on it. The reasons behind their strong affinity for gold are unknown, but dragons often put a greater priority on possessing gold than on obtaining food, and they can survive not eating(and maybe drinking as well)for decades or perhaps centuries. This suggests that jewels may be primal sources of the great serpents' life forces(though they could also simply possess extremely slow metabolisms, similar to other reptiles but exaggerated). Due to this fact, dragons of Arda may or may not be immortal in ideal conditions, though regardless they are known to live for very long periods of time. Not much is known about the life cycle of dragons, but it is known that Glaurung, the progenitor of the species, took three centuries to grow from infancy to adulthood, and that he was considered an "adolescent" after growing for around a century. If Glaurung's development mirrors that of other dragons, then it also takes a great deal of time for their scales to become hard, as Glaurung's could still be penetrated by arrows after a century of development.

Many accounts of interaction between dragons and other beings makes mention of them speaking, using the Common Tongue. In conjunction with this, they also possessed a hypnotic power known as the "dragon-spell", by which weaker-willed beings could be put into a trance or bent to a dragon's will when the beast spoke. Even those of strong will could be subjected to this ability, especially if they were not prepared for it. Dragons could make even greater use of this ability through psychological manipulation, increasing the power of the spell by taunting a subject with knowledge of some inner conflict on the part of the subject. Glaurung, for instance, was not fully capable of bending Túrin to his will, but when the dragon began to taunt him with his own failings, Túrin became far more receptive to the dragon's suggestions. In addition, this dragon-spell seems to have had the ability to plant mistrust in the listener's mind. This power also extended to a dragon's treasure hoard, causing it to excite feelings of greed and animosity among others who would possess it. Feuds and battles frequently followed upon the death of a dragon; usually between the individual who slew the beast and the original owners(or their heirs)of its hoard, as well as an occasional ambitious third party. Some have speculated that this 'curse' played a part in Fram's death at the hands of the Dwarves after he had slain Scatha. The same could be said of the famous Battle of Five Armies upon the death of Smaug, though other external circumstances clearly played a significant role in causing that conflict.

Dragons evidently delighted in sowing discord and strife among others, and apparently had a love of riddles and puzzling talk, spending long hours trying to decipher it. Therefore, speaking in ambiguous riddles was the best way to converse with a dragon, as it was quite unwise to either tell the full truth or to directly refuse them. Bilbo Baggins used this knowledge to great effect during his confrontation with Smaug, entertaining him with vague doublespeak in order to keep him mentally occupied and relatively calm.

Dragons had an acute sense of smell. During his encounter with Smaug, Bilbo Baggins was informed in no uncertain terms by the dragon that knew that Bilbo was in the company of Dwarves due to the scent of a "dwarf-ridden pony" upon Bilbo. However, he was unable to determine what Bilbo was by scent, as he had never encountered a hobbit before. Furthermore, despite his invisibility, thanks to the One Ring, Smaug was aware of the Hobbit's presence by both his breath and the movement of the air he caused in the great hall. Dragons were known to be able to sleep with half an eye open, on the alert for intruders if they were suspicious. The hobbit, his senses perhaps heightened by wearing the ring, also reported seeing a pale ray of light emanating from Smaug's eye as he probed the chamber back and forth for the burglar.

Dragons had strong scales covering the majority of their bodies, which could resist most weapons, though young dragons had to grow into their natural armor. Mithril is said to have been as strong as dragon scales, though lighter in weight. The underbelly of a dragon was described as soft, slimy, and unarmored, and was often exploited as a point of vulnerability in combat. However, Smaug had lain so long on the heap of treasure in the deep of the Lonely Mountain that gems and coins had become encrusted in the slime, so that he was "armored above and below with iron scales and hard gems"; he was also said to have had scales there too making his underbelly harder to strike at than his back (though this protection was not complete, and ultimately resulted in him being killed). The Dwarves appear to have had some skill at fighting dragons, as seen when they held off Glaurung for a time in the Nirnaeth Arnoediad. This was one of the few instances where the battle was not due to stolen gold. The age-old fight between dwarves and dragons was primarily a result of the dwarves placing great value on their hard-earned treasure, and the dragon's habit of stealing it. King Dain I and his son Fror of the Grey Mountains were both slain at the doors of their hall by a great cold-drake. Both races had a lust for beautiful metals and gems, and so, naturally, came into conflict, with the dragons generally prevailing.

A great stench went before Glaurung, and his blood contained some sort of venom, though it is not known if all dragons had these two traits, although the Dwarves commented on the reek of Smaug that filled the Lonely Mountain's halls after the dragon's long stay there. Dragon fire was hot enough to melt the Rings of Power. Indeed, four of the seven rings gifted to the Dwarves were consumed by dragon fire. However, it was said by Gandalf that no dragon's fire would be hot enough to melt the One Ring, not even that of Ancalagon the Black, the greatest dragon.

Now people want Vaerath to teach Harry Potter those Dungeons and Dragons style spells that the characters in Job Interviews have based on their classes, but you must merge them into the Legend of Spyro and Harry Potter magic systems just to try and make it more accessible to the fans of Harry Potter and Spyro fans as that was only problem with those characters as they did not have enough buildup and came right out of nowhere. Or make it part of one of the worlds that Vaerath went to and keep some of the mechanics but look at the traditional folklore of the mysticism that inspired those classes and try to implement it.

Also Harry must get the urge to expand his knowledge and power and learn the various breaths, Dragon Kata, and The Magic Spells and all the powers that Classic Spyro has from the Classic Continuity and learns more of the magic systems of the Spyro Universe and later Harry seeks out the portals to Skylands and learns the spells and abilities from Magic Skylanders and gain the powers of Skylanders Spyro and what he could have learned potentially just to boost himself up the food chain but not lose control of himself or give in to his inner demons. Also Harry must learn more of the powers of the Purple Dragons when touring the cosmos and visiting the Classic Dragon Realms and Skylands.

Harry has to not only learn and develop all the powers of all the incarnations of Spyro but also all the ones Spyro could have potentially learned if he wanted to across the Franchise including Skylanders when Harry travels about the cosmos he learns more about the Purple Dragon. Here is what I found on the Purple Dragons of the Spyro Series.

In the original Spyro series, Purple Dragons weren't a major plot device nor were they legendary. There were a total of two known Purple Dragons who were included in this status: Spyro and the Sorcerer. Though several minor dragons, namely Alban, Halvor, Ivor, Ragnar, Asher, Sadiki, Claude, Mazi, Azizi, Obasi and Baruti, were also purple. Another dragon in Spyro: Year of the Dragon was also purple. It wasn't until Spyro: Shadow Legacy that the special status of the Purple Dragons was introduced into the series. They, like Spyro, are a special breed of dragon who are gifted with powerful magical energy. That energy is strong enough to withstand the negative and dark effects of magic.

In the Classic series, in Spyro: Shadow Legacy, Zoe commented that Purple Dragons, like Spyro, really are powerful when he wasn't affected by the Shadow Realm and defeated the dark creatures due to his powerful magic energy. Of course it is possible that the status existed in the early games given that out of all the hundreds of dragons, only 13 dragons are purple.

In The Legend of Spyro trilogy, Purple Dragons are born once every ten generations, and can master all of the elements, as well as other abilities the Guardian dragons thought were not possible, including time itself. It is said that the purple dragon is supposed to bring justice, hope, and peace to the Dragon Realms. Purple Dragons have the ability to harness the power of all of the elements (Fire, Ice, Earth, Electricity, Wind, etc.), while all other dragons are capable of breathing one particular element. The signature ability of the Purple Dragon is Aether, both Light and Dark.

Malefore has also stated that he is eternal, which may be another ability that Purple Dragons possess, making them immortal.

Notable Purple Dragons

There have only been two known Purple Dragons in The Legend of Spyro series, Malefor and Spyro. It is unknown if there were any other Purple Dragons before them. The Chronicler claimed Malefor to be the first Purple Dragon, though this fact has been challenged by Malefor himself, who assured Spyro that there were many before him.

Role

The destiny of the Purple Dragon is to direct the fate of an era. Malefor believed that their destiny was to destroy the world. However, despite what Malefor stated, he abandoned his true calling and embraced the darkness, which twisted his views of the Purple Dragon's destiny. Unlike Malefor, Spyro saved the world instead. It should be noted that while Malefor needed the Destroyer to bring about what he saw was the destiny of the purple dragon by destroying the world, Spyro was capable of undoing the Destroyer's devastation with only his power.

Skylanders series

In the Skylanders franchise, Spyro came from a rare line of magical Purple Dragons that originated from a faraway land. He and Malefor are currently the only Purple Dragons shown in the series. Although Spyro can harness the power of the other elements, he prefers to master fire. He can also use the sinister magic of The Darkness(or other dark influences)and combine its power with his own, becoming Dark Spyro.

Purple Dragons share the same qualities as their Legend of Spyro counterpart, but they are associated with element of Magic. Aided by their magical energy, they are gifted with the power to harness the power of all of the other elements, including the power of darkness.

Now for the Odin's Sphere adventure. People want Harry to end up learning the secrets of Erion's magic's and Harry Potter ends up feeding on the Origin of Flame in the Volcano Lands of Erion to further increase his powers over fire. If I were you I would make this after Harry facing Voldemort but before getting the Persona Powers.

Also people want Harry learning the art of the Planeswalker in a potential sequel series of stories by unlocking the Planeswalker Spark and learn under Ugin himself to further his growth after helping Sarkhaan Vol get his head on straight and save Ugin and the Dragons of Tarkir from extinction, with Harry learning the colors and all the skills of magic in Magic: The Gathering from under Ugin, after his Hogwarts years as a reward but after he gets his Persona Powers to rap up Harry's adventures under dragon kind.

Now for the Anime fans who posted some suggestions. Their are dozens of Fantasy Anime series. The Nineties Anime Fantasy series called The Slayers is one that can be looked at for some inspiration for Harry and Voldemort's new abilities down the road along with Full Metal Alchemist, Sailor Moon and other Fantasy franchises. For example My Little Witch Academia and the magic's of the original Yu-Gi-Oh in the Manga and The magic's of Card Captor Sakura series to be something of a titan of magic and a innovator who discovered and devised the magic systems of those various franchises and also the ones found in the world of Fate/Stay Night in this world and worked to merge science and sorcery like in the Lyrical Nanoha series of magic as he invented it and developed it, just to give the Wizarding World a light of hope to strive toward with Harry becoming the next Merlin for all intents and purposes for the Wizarding World after sharing the fruits of his labors and his wealth of knowledge.

Voldemort now also has a healing factor and can also regenerate his body without outside help such as limbs, bones, and vital organs but it

Great we just got Lovecraftian. What is up next? Nitocris? Nyarlathotep? Yog-Sohoth?

The Norse Magic's are Gandr, Seidr, along with Celtic, Welsh, and Druidic Magic and Celtic Oghaam befitting the mythos of Merlin as an Old Celtic and Druidic religious figure who did go to Hogwarts in the Slytherin House in HP cannon and the times the Vikings sacked the British Isles along with all of his cannon powers and learn the various paths of mysticism of all the world cultures that the various Persona's in the franchise originate from without compromising on his soul or selling it out along with everything Harry can do in cannon from across the franchise. For example Taoism, Omoyudo, Celtic Magic, Western and Eastern Alchemy, and Ancient Egyptian magic. Also during the Persona Adventure Harry has to learn Norse and Celtic Magic and all the Mystical Systems.

I recommend you make Harry get all the Norse Pantheon, and The Persona's that are traditionally Dragons as the first Persona's he gets.

Okay people want Vaerath to teach Harry Potter those Dungeons and Dragons style spells that the characters in Job Interviews have based on their classes, but I request you try and merge them into the Legend of Spyro and Harry Potter magic systems just to try and make it more accessible to the fans of Harry Potter and Spyro fans as that was only problem with those characters as they did not have enough buildup and came right out of nowhere.

Also people want Harry learning the art of the Planeswalker in a potential sequel series of stories by unlocking the Planeswalker Spark and learn under Ugin himself to further his growth after helping Sarkhaan Vol get his head on straight and save Ugin and the Dragons of Tarkir from extinction, with Harry learning the skills of magic in Magic: The Gathering from under Ugin, maybe after his Hogwarts years as a reward but after he gets his Persona Powers? That would be cool.

That would be perfect! Let Harry and Voldemort's clash be between two mystical titans that can shake the world to it's core and both avatars of the Light and Dark and some of the greatest Wizards Britain ever produced. Voldemort's fall will allow him to be an inspiration to further Dark Lords and Lady's who follow in his foot steps and try to gain greater power by examining his corpse as a fast track to power.

Great making allusions to Lovecraft what is next Nitocris?

yeah! dark master makes an appearance. now only one thing to do. four element combo strike his face off. ps four element combo is the mid air combo but you change elements as you use them to add more damage. extremely hard to do right but satisfying when you do.
