Ok, this is an incredibly interesting start. The main thing I would suggest would be to put an ACTUAL summary in the story's description, instead of a copied and pasted AN that’s at the start of the chapter.

Interesting story, spelling and grammar issues throughout, a good read nonetheless though. A few minor bits with Big Mom's relationships with her kids, but otherwise good. I give this first chapter a 6/10

the five old man like to control things and Luffy is a storm.
all the D love their mother and hate their father... well, I can't say I agree but interesting twist.
seeing Sanji's brother suffering bring a smile to my face. looking forward to seeing your plans to Sanji's sister.
