This is like cookiecutter hero plot.. except done badly lots of telling instead of showing his training and fury and shield being insanely oc letting it all hang free with will with no real consequences to his actions.
Where both movies and show proves that shield and fury both were hardasses on enhanced and on agents.
None of your story makes sense.

So, you’re story takes place in one of the most dangerous fictional franchises of all time (Marvel, even if it’s the MCU in this case), you have an MC who happens to be an Inhuman and apparently subjected to an infinitely stronger variant of Terrigen to essentially become the Inhuman equivalent of an Omega-Level Mutant, and your story is called “The Perfect One”, but his powers are limited to Psionic abilities like Telepathy and Telekinesis?
Bro, if you’re gonna hype up this story and its MC so much on what it can do, you should’ve made Will Detmer an Omnikinetic rather than just a Telepath/Telekinetic.
Hell, given all the constant high stakes in the future that will likely expand to the Universal/Multiversal level, the fact that Will is essentially gonna become Marvel’s expert on Superpowers and the Paranormal and Adventures, and your apparent penchant for multi-crossovers and extensive World-Building, it would be more practical to make Will Detmer the first, last, and only Omnikinetic in the entire Multiverse.
It may not be too late, btw.
It could be argued that the Psionic powers that Will currently possesses are simply the first and easiest powers for Will to access (even with Will occasionally having difficulty mastering them and strengthening them).
But you should seriously consider having where Will’s power is genuine Omnikinesis, especially as time goes on and Will is potentially exposed to more infinity stones.
