Taylor has just awakened her power, it doesn't make much sense for her to be taking so much leadership, besides the way they discovered the villain's power was very forced, depending on many speculations based on little information.
It would have been better to save the revelation for a dramatic moment where the villain blows his mouth or they find out through clearer information.

It will be hard to spend so much time exploring your OC antagonist psyche without repeating yourself, while interesting, he doesn't seem very subtitle or complex. There is only so many face he can show:
-One dungeon for the loving family man he was
-A second for the forgiving widow he tried to be
-A paranoiac believing the world is after him because 2 tragedy so similar and so close cannot be random
-Last dungeon being meta about the part of him influenced by his power and the power imprinted by him, by all the cape kid he killed?
Did you plan all of them or going chapter after chapter?

Don't recall if Taylor owns a smartphone or not. If yes, then she could've taken pictures.
In particular of the teeth, if it's not feasible to recover the bodies. Might be enough for the forensics to match the dental records, especially if most of them were Wards aged.
Also things like length/height and pelvic bone structure (male/female) would also help narrow things down.
Example: if there's a female Ward listed as MIA, who was 4ft 5", and there's a skeleton of that height and the proper hip structure, than odds are high that she just resolved that Cold Case. Even more so if the decayed costume is somewhat reminiscent of what they wore.
It's not as good/accurate as actually recovering them for DNA tests, but one does what one can within the realms of feasibility.
- Perk/Title
Is it possible for Taylor to gain one by repeatedly killing a Mob Type?
It's something that's featured in both "Lords of the Rings Online" and "Star Trek Online", both by Turbine.
Sure, it's only a slight damage boost iirc vs. that particular Mob, but if it puts them down quicker...
Don't think she's going to complain, even less so if it also applies to bosses. So say she gains the title/perk Zombie Slayer and it gives her a 5 to 10 percent boost in damage, which also translates over to Zombie Bosses...
Extra damage is extra damage. Might mean the difference between victory and defeat.

If halberdier ends up not being useful to Taylor, due to not being compatible with Iustitia, then maybe useful for Danny?
Well, either that or a party system and inviting Armsmaster to get him to max out his fighting skill with a halberd.

Well . . . I don't think we were expecting to see those zombies again to be honest. With all this junk loot she is receveing per dungeon, any chance for a shop system to be unlocked? Also where are the treasure chests, we haven't seen any since the boat dungeon. Hope to see Taylor with more jobs, skills, and powers. Otherwise I think our heroine is going to need a bigger weapon for that mid-boss the fractured Hamlet is brewing. Stay safe, healthy, and sane!

As insane as those plans no doubt are, some are probably viable.
As such Taylor should really collect them, or be awarded it as loot for defeating the Boss.
Also it would be a good idea for Taylor to tell the Protectorate where the various dungeons are, and let Armsmaster scan her as she enters a dungeon to see if he can at least tell if a portal opens allowing things into or out of the dungeon.

Honestly, the existence of a person so wholeheartedly in her corner is probably the greatest benefit of her entire power set, considering what a mess canon!Taylor is
