I love this! I hope either make this a Naruto/Harry of Itachi/Naruto fic!
I can see Harry becoming a medic and helping the injured. Imagine all he can bring. I can see that he was hiding his intelligence due to his childhood and having studied ahead and knows more than anyone.
Sirius can be with Tsunade and Remus would make a good pair with Kiba's mom (sorry, I forgot her name).
