Oh, I loved this. First, him throwing the knife at Tank, then after Tank called in the "big guns," Ranger is so distracted by Steph. Then he ORDERS his stomach to not puke in front of Stephanie. LOL I guess maybe he's had to do that at one time or another, like not sneezing or coughing when the enemy is within hearing distance and would compromise his position.
Loved when he realized that he could be upstairs with "Nurse" Stephanie.
