only thing to point out here really is the 1 hour on watch 2-3 off concept they wouldn't actually be able to get useful rest in that method. they'd be better off to divide their sleeping time(say 8 hours?) by the amount of shinobi. (in this case 3-4) so say 8 hours 4 shinobi they could each take a 2 hour watch and each get 6 hours of sleep with the first person and last getting 6 hours straigh and the two middle members would have to sstager with a 2 hour and a 4 hour session. however because of this set up they would all get access to rem cycle sleep which is what truly allows the body to rest. as it takes 90 minutes for a rem cycle. I'll hit mote on this later lol

Ok but a huge fail. Rin was killed by KAKASHI. She was out of control that is why he is the way he is. Sasuke is a jerk and does not think about his teammates but a couple times. Rin being in the story would change a lot. Narutos parents are a ser et from all but a few poeple as in under 10. Try again after thinking things really through.
