I guess Shirou can't GM call. He's the hidden dev-gm of the game after all lol hahaha. Imagine if Ainz trying to GM call at the start of the novel ending up on shirou's inbox notification :p
At the very least his Dev tools is still valid meaning Shirou can make his own hidden base, a floating palace or a new dungeon to hide his raid boss. Or if the dungeons he created was transported here. He need to take control of the situation before NPCs try some more 'heroic' actions in the surrounding areas and end up blowing up a nation or two.
At the very least Calca isn't getting smashed anytime soon considering her proximity to Shirou.

She strongly feels the desire to get hitched and it deeply frustrates her inside. In order to maintain her appearance - keep her skin looking young - she has developed new divine spells for skin care. She uses herself as a guinea pig and has thus accumulated much knowledge in that field, which makes her the most skilled beautician in the human kingdoms. Basically, Gilgamesh is Ainz Ooal Gown Guild Archnemesis (just one-sided) but remembering that they have been disbanded and Momonga is the only one in the New World I wonder how his reaction will be if he encounters Gilgamesh.

Well Gilgamesh is OP as hell in FGO, it took me 5 tries 3 lvl 90 ascension To Finally kill him, as Tough as Goetia.
So the Mage King Solomon is Defeated.
What about Goetia ? I'm Pretty sure he's a World Class Enemy.
