While a nice idea, this kind of resource would be better placed somewhere like the Onyx Path forums than here, given that it isn’t a story.
As a resource, I feel it could use more specifics to be truly useful. For a start, you might want to list the game’s full name, rather than just “Demon Powers” as there are two Demon games. Having that right at the top would make it more immediately clear for whom this is relevant. If these powers are spread over multiple books, you might want to note which book every particular power comes from, in order to make it easier for people who are interested to find it.
Some more visual structure – line breaks or similar between the lores might also be good.
