I like it so far.
I thought the info dump on all the individual families maybe didn’t belong in the opening chapter. Just felt like something that should’ve come up in a chapter or two. Like the time skips around the fall of voldie and the time it took Daphne to get her license maybe could have been used to show some other things.
Either way, looking forward to where you take this... just so long as Hermione doesn’t get overly self righteous about his methods, My gut instinct is that he’ll have to get quite dirty to properly do this.

An incredible first chapter. Definitely can't wait to read more. One tiny inconsistency, the capitalization of "Borogoves". In some instances it is lowercase while in others it is capitalized (excluding the beginning of a sentence of course).

A fresh plot. *slams hand down the table* I LIKE IT!
Seriously though, I like idea of “turning Borogoves nack to humans.” This kind of story isn’t one I’ve read for this pairing. It started off looking like Harry was going to be an absurdly rich and OP character but I like how you managed to make it so that he doesn’t wield his immense political power in his own hands and use it to bully the government to implement his changes. Your way of Harry pulling the strings to make those who owe him fealty vote his way feels more realistic, more like real world dirty politics.
