Very interesting idea of AFO stealing kids quirks and them being labeled as quirkless.
Cool quirk for Izuku, a perfect match for OFA.

Izuku cleaning the beach on his own and having a stunted friendship with All Might was great.
All Might giving Izuku OFA without telling him was hilarious and now I wanna see more stories that do that dammit.

Really enjoyed this story. I can understand why Blood gets more writing time than this because it's basically the same kind of idea. Anyway I enjoy your stories. keep up the great work.
