If this was spider-man 's daughter than I wouldn't have too much an issue. Not a big fan of the gender swap universe. Some elements in OK with but for the most part I prefer the idea that this is Peter Parker's daughter. And add in spider-gewn minus Gewn's world and then you are talking.

I say give it a chance, it's hard to find a good Gargoyle crossover and the plot is solid and interesting.
