Great action and dialogue here between all the characters.
Shirou's manipulations still definitely are leaving a bad taste though. It fits his greater good/save everyone philosophy but really distasteful.
Can he really cut himself off from Ruby though if she still has 2 command seals on her? They should still show even after all this so he would really have to be killed to make them go away?
Not sure how he can fake it.

I don't know what to say, Angra Mainyu would like to have a word with you.
Tho, all that aside. This is an interesting premise, so the final boss is Shirou himself after he has been altered (Wonder what He looks like, probably a bit of mix of Angra and Emiya Alter in there). This makes it that everyone will have to train more harder than ever (especially Ruby), to save or kill Shirou. Ruby definitely not going to like this, tho she still has one command seal left. I wonder what she will use it for.
Overall, i like what you had been cooking Author. This finale seem really fitting and give the RWBY cast more spotlight rather than just Shirou doing the heavy lifting. Really looking forward on how you want to make them strong, and how they can awaken their potential with this encounter. Looking forward to the next chapter!
