While I agree with much of what you say here, the way you present your issues and feelings on it can come off very negatively toward others that are simply trying to write a fun little story about their favorite characters reacting to their favorite shows/games/ect. So maybe ease up a bit on your annoyance with stuff authors do. Maybe even provide a little bit of feedback on something different they could try you can see yourself enjoying to read in fics like those.

I don't know what persuaded you to post this, but hopefully some Authors will read this and take it to heart.
Being a terrible Author myself (one that doesn't do Readings, still love them though) I hate bland writing in stories.

I can relate to you, man. Big time. Sometimes when authors write the characters' reactions, they felt illogical, and the stories where authors make a self-insert are kinda annoying, but I could still bear with that, as long as the writing is good. But there are just so few React fanfics out there, and even fewer of them are actually good. If you want a good React fanfic, you should make one yourself, if you know how to write.
On a site note, I've really been interested in the Goblin Slayer manga lately, especially since the anime were just airing, and man I REALLY want to read a fanfic where GS and the crew plays or watches a live playthrough...of DOOM 2016. Man just imagine how priceless that would be. Anyway, I'm just telling you this so you could get an idea, you know, to write your own fanfic.

I agree, authors who appear in their react fics as deities gets really fucking annoying, especially when all they do is either yell or are just really biased. Personally I enjoy them RWBY both reading or watching something.
