Wow I really liked this...even though it made me really sad! You wrote Eliot perfectly and found every right way to make it realistic and organic that the great Eliot Spencer cried. Great job!

I can only give you my emotional reaction to this. It is a heartbreaking story of how it might have been. As a mother, I cried. You did bring out the mother's feelings and need for her son in a subtle way by just telling of the constancy of the letters being there. Lovely job.

Very nice! The thought of Eliot being estranged from his family has always broken my heart. He didn't really get any closure in the show. Hopefully this will be a sort of closure for him.
Also, I really liked the detail of Parker calling. Yes, she would be that straighforward!

This story is so different from any others and I loved it! You did a fantastic job with it. Poor Eliot never taking the time to read his mother's letters until she had passed and his angry father that couldn't be bothered to ask him to come home for her funeral. It was sad, but in the end Eliot found the peace he couldn't find when she was alive! Thank you so much for this wonderful story! I have read your Hitter, Hacker, Grifter, Thief, (Mastermind) stories and love them as well. Thank you for sharing them with us!
