I doubt you read reviews anymore. This story was posted long ago. But in case you do, I want you to know that this is the one of the best examples of romantic tention I have seen, and I dont mean just in fanfic. I had first read this story on portkey at give. At that time, I was attempting to write a romance but was having trouble doing it without it seeming sappy. I had read through several popular romance books trying to find an example and nothing was clicking. Then I found this fic where despite the characters not even kissing you can feel the tension and its done without it seeming cringy or out of character. I return to this fic whenever I m struggling to write a romantically charge scene and it always helps. So thank you for this beautiful one shot

Okay, first of all, can I just say that Hermione trying to look up "how to be happy" via book is THE most Hermione Thing Ever? XD Gods, that made me grin with delight! Hermione may be brilliant and talented, but she can be horribly... limited in how she sees things, honestly lol. Secondly, the fact that touching each other and the intimacy of their closeness is what caused Hermione's Patronus to finally come out fully formed is like THE MOST ROMANTIC THING EVER, I CAN'T EVEN DKJFNGOWSEBFTIUQWBNAGIHWBEJHGBKSRB *HEART EYES*
Seriously, such a beautiful, in-character, romantic yet tentative Harmony fic! Loved it, loved it, LOVED IT! :D :D :D
