OKay, so i would be lying if I said I wasn't chuckling through the entire first part of this. For being so suave, Smith is certainly a messy drunk! His progression of "I miss the bears!" "I hate Rolfe," to "I love your Hair! Screw It, I love YOU!" and then just conking out dead asleep was hilarious. NO wonder he was confused come morning.
Pocahontas's 'I nudged you a few times." LOL!
And then it was all wrapped up with such an adorable amount of confessions and domesticity leading to a sweet and satisfying conclusion. I love all of it!

Omg, I love this story! You are such an awesome writer. Lol, I wanna know what happened too! I think John did a 1600's version of a drunk dial to an ex. Overall, this story was masterfully written, as usual, perfectly awesome dialogue, funny, and takes you on a journey in the perspectives of this couple that hopefully find forgiveness and love again! Bravo!

Okay, I'll admit... the thing that was going through my mind when I read this chapter were "What in the heckin world happened here. Did I miss something." Apparently my feelings mirrored's Smith's very closely here, haha!
Pocahontas is so stubborn, I love it. She just needs him to chill and eat some bread and jam. It's good for her to hold the cards for once and I am here for it. I love how she hides him from Mrs. Jenkins too!
I love how this is the 17th century equivalent of a modern day blackout. Something clearly went down and although we'll have to wait until the next chapter to find out, I can't wait.

Ahhhhhhh! It's finally here! I was SO excited to get this email and it's killed me that i had to wait until now to read it (Stupid adulating and such) BUT HOLY CRAP IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT AND I AM SO EXCITED TO FINALLY SEE THE THING!
Tbh I thought this was picking up years down the road, but I really love how you've twisted the ending of the sequall and made it continue here. My heart seized up a bit at the end as I was not expecting those words from Smith, but I guess sometimes that what it takes to get attention?
Now I need part two because I need to know how this all ends! Fantastic job, as always. Thank you again, I love it and I can't can't wait to read more!
