Also, I can't help but feel that Ted and AM have a very one-of-a-kind bond. It is most certainly toxic and terrifying to be in, but the two of them were so sure that they would be together. Ted was going to be tortured by AM for all eternity. Both of them were so certain of this, it was really weird.
I remember reading the novel and wondering just how far Ted's endurance and AM's hatred could withstand. Then I started thinking about their relationship. After all, they are the last sentient beings left on the planet, and sentients tend to latch on to other sentients.
I'm not saying that what they have at all is healthy, in fact I'm downright horrified. But its really fascinating when you think about it. All I'm saying is, they have some kind of bond. And I look forward to how you're going to interpret it.

I...Highly doubt AM would be recorded since nothing it had done could be called the actions or stories of Heroes...Even Angra Mainyu, the Incarnation of All the Evil in the World version (not the farm-boy version), has better qualification (It truly thought it was helping humanity in eliminating them. Absolving all their guilt and evils, letting them have some no-name monstrosity to blame, to fight and die against).
AND YES...The Throne DOES take into consideration what it recorded, and AM is a potential threat to ALL Life and Timeline, the Counter Force would Eliminate it with Extreme Prejudice.
That is also the reason why CGs exist in the first place.
What little Lore we have of FGO implied that Chaldea can summon CGs IS because of the threat to humanity and the all life (in all timelines) as a whole in the first place when normally it shouldn't have been possible.
Another thing is that Rin summoning of Archer during the 5th HGW. It is another instance of Counter Force interfering and allowing them a chance to fight back before Archer himself would be forced to PURGE EVERYTHING if they failed to stop Angra's Mud.
