Ahhh, I do adore GGF... and I love that it's brought something else to the table on FF too! this was lovely, and while I loved the reveal video in the series, it needed something like this too, I think. I loved the idea that he kissed her before she could change his mind, (as if she would) and Anne trying to work out his reaction to her- love it so much!

So, you just brought me back down memory lane with this one shot inspired by the Green Gables Fables universe !
That car accident that happened to Gil, damn, that was a scary moment...
Anne making that video right after getting the news...
Phil coming to visit Gil at the hospital, telling him to watch the video...
Him not watching it, because he wanted to be face to face with Anne to hear what she was saying...
And, you, continuing with your own storyline and imagine what could have happened, I very much loved that !

I really enjoyed this short story. I truly wish that there were more chapters! There are so many questions going through my head, especially why and how Gilbert was involved in a car accident. The story was well-written, and I'm glad that you stayed true to the character's personalities in the original series. Thanks for publishing this.
