Subarashi It's finally the clash of titans, the hero Hunter, vs. two number one heroes. The clash of words between Allmight and Garou is needed to show the flaws of heroism and the quirks of society. The Allmight comeback is like a beacon, as knowing Garou is using it makes Allmight look good before he breaks him piece by piece. The entire world would be watching heroes, villains, civilians, and anyone with influence, knowing that whoever wins, the world will change. Garou's fighting style and determination would greatly influence those with weaker quirks and quirkless, knowing Garou is showing the world true human strength. Society that relies too much on heroes would only look at heroes as helpers, similar to police and fire fighters.
By winning the duel and defeating Allmigh and Star and Stripes, the symbols of quirks, the Silver Fangs influence spreads much farther, and change is happening, like the beautiful Lady Nagant swearing her loyalty to Garou for both releasing her and clearing her name. And humanity is flocking around Garou like a Messiah.
But defeating two heroes won't be enough, as he also needs to defeat the symbol of evil in his prime. By defeating All for One, he would show that even the bogeyman is not invincible.
Still, from other POVs like Aizawa and all the teachers in the U.A., as they watch the clash, Endevour probably wants to join, but knowing he just gets in the way and the public backlash, including the sidekicks as second-rate heroes, Even if students manage to join the U.S. and other hero schools, it won't be the same as in the canon. Both sides make good points. It will definitely be interesting how they further challenge each others' views in this battle and the days to come.

Garou is both right and wrong. He's wrong is equating taking away quirks to taking away someones guns. It's more equivalent to ismembering them, to cutting off hands or feet, to blinding or deffening them. Taking away a object is not the same thing as taking away a part of their very bodies

Glad to see this story finally getting an update. And it didn't disappoint at all. Felt like I was literally on the edge of my seat reading this chapter. I can only hope that the next chapter isn't too far away.

I absolutely love the escalation of this conflict. Garou's development with him embracing his role to improve society for the better is absolutely phenomenal. The whole act he's going for here is ultimately for the greater good, so while he is helping All Might in a way, the Hero Hunter is also using the opportunity to show everyone his convictions and ideals. The guy's had a big impact on society as a whole, so it's no surprise that he'd have a following even among potential Hero Students like Ojiro.
Additionally, Garou's actions have basically weeded out the glory or fame-seeking heroes, either making them quit or have them become TRUE heroes. All Might is an obvious example since he's still steadfast even in the face of overwhelming public discourse. Regardless of the controlled chaos Garou has caused, he is doing good. Very good. More than good, even.
