Ah the Vatican in DXD, you aren’t wrong about that but to be fair at the same time there is a ton of bias by the author of DXD given that seem to be due to the MC becoming a Devil, granted Devil Faction is nowhere near even perfect given heroes and villains within it and things they F*c3d up in past and future as it seem that about every faction in DXD hold the idiot ball but the Church/Vatican/Angel faction seem to hold a heavier one.
Which is dumb as it kinda reminds me of Author of Naruto Kishimoto’s totally unbiased love for the Sharingan and forgot about the Byakugan while powering up the Uchiha at every chance as the Sharingan wasn’t even that strong at the start of Naruto so seeing the Byakugan supposedly rivals the Sharingan left me a bad taste knowing how insane the Sharingan powers get later while the Byakugan get nothing.
Can anyone here tell me how on earth are the freaking Hyuga clan equal to the Uchiha clan while knowing how busted the Sharingan gets?! They don’t even have any interesting jutsu besides their obvious kill poke taijutsu or that one chakra shield/dome or any members on or near the level of Itachi.
* coughs* Anyway the point of that was to show how authors can have bias with the world they created and how some are much more obvious at it, I like it when factions are fairly balanced in anime and manga as it show how they can do their best and worst, idiot ball not needed.
Angel/Church Faction is a total joke supposedly to rival the Devil Faction as no offense to Michael and co but they just aren’t at the level of Super Devil or unfortunately aren’t as near interesting as the Devil side are and I do get that the big G is dead but it is almost bad as how Kishi manages Uchiha and Hyuga Clan.

Very well written chapter, it was definitely worth the wait. Garou challenging All Might and Star and Stripe is just beyond awesome. Even with both of them Garou still stomps them. If Garou ever becomes a monster then it is game over. I’m actually curious to see if any more people from OPM is going to arrive as well.

The dialogue, as usual, is weapons-grade dynamite~ The fight coming upnos sure to be legendary and OH! Will hr make Cathleen go home naked in a dog carrier? Or maybe in a collar and fur bikini!
Cathleen’s [New Order] failing as it did was grand, and I’m pumped to see what All Might at 60x power is made of~ Eager for more, Plus Ultra-style!
