Very good. My complaint is the shortened fight with SnS and the lack of reaction from SnS and All might when Garou "screamed" from the pit.
They should have heard that right? And reacted in fright?
Also, Garou technically lost the fight after being dragged into AFO hideout. I remember one of the rules for winning is by ring out of Hosu.
So I do wonder how will their duel agreement play out since he "lost" the fight. I guess both parties have honor so they could just agree a rematch or continuation after Garou cleans up the hideout.
And if the fight with SnS does continue, I'm hoping it mirrors Darkshine vs Spiral Garou where SnS learns fear and gets some PTSD.

From start to finish, this chapter was great. From the hilarious misunderstanding to the clever use of One For All and the cliffhanger that left me hungry for more. Even if this is the end of All for One, I hope we get to see Izuku's journey to become the first Quirkless hero. Only nitpicks were some spelling errors and that there really was a lack of line breaks that depicts change in scenery.

I'm glad I read this, you depict the true power of Garou, and better writing skills than the whole dragon ball crossover fanfics, while the dragon ball writers couldn't even write their characters properly and nerf them to hell, no wonder dragon ball fandom are bunch of retards and sub humans like their author.

I am strangely relieved that you didn't go down the route of allowing that misunderstanding to drive the plot in a different direction, and you also were smart enough to include how said misunderstanding could cascade in ways that wouldn't be entertaining to read.
