Look, you seem to think you built Philip up into a massive hate sink, but... no. Honestly, the worst you had him do doesn't even register on the scale of atrocity that happens in this franchise. This guy was honestly the Plucky Comic Relief, and I'm sad to see him go. He was so hilariously stupid he was a constant barrel of laughs. Not some evil monster. Just an unbelievably delusional dumbass. RIP.

If I were the one who was given that list, I'd happily accept 1 and 5. 3 and 4 need clarification, because there's some serious potential for abuse both ways in the vague wording of them. I'd probably just outright reject 2 and 6, they go too far in limiting the options of a country at war and are just unreasonable.

I like this chapter on the whole. Fitting that it's number 41. I like that we got to see Blue Rose coming to terms with Evileye's vampirism, and it would have been nice to see Evileye encounter Shalltear. Vampire party!
Though there's one glaring problem with ever bringing Blue Rose to Nazarick.

Not only does bringing them there run the great risk that they might encounter her, which could potentially blow the lid off the real story of Jaldabaoth, Ainz bears a grudge against Blue Rose and Evileye specifically because they came very close to killing her. IDK if he'd ever let them on the premises (other than to hand them over to Neuronist) just for that alone.

Glad Shalltear finally got to RIP AND TEAR, though we sadly didn't get to see it.
I thought once you didn't like Shalltear, but now I KNOW you don't like Remedios Custodio. Both in this and in The One Who Stayed, you turned her on her head into an irredeemable monster.
Still, the quality is as good as expected from you. This older story definitely seemed like you were still finding your footing as a writer at the beginning, but that's gone now.

Skana is way too forced. WAAAYYYY too forced and I dont think she fits into this. My first problem wuth her is that she isnt CZ. No. No. You just cant do this. How dare you put somone other than CZ this close to Neia. Despicable. They had the perfect relationship to start a romantic content, but because it would have been hard for you to implement, you decided to add a third party. And I mean ok, I absolutely hate you making Neia like someone other than CZ, but if I were to look past that, there comes the second issue. SLOW THE F DOWN MANNNNNN. What do you mean we hear her name in the village first? And first thing we get from her is yuri undertone?! Way too fast. You gotta learn to introduce your characters first before you make them have relationships with the MC of the story. Third problem is connected to the second. Because the second can be excused with "oh they have known each other for a while, I just didnt mention" (which is already a horrible thing to do as a writer. If you have to do this for some reason, then you have made a huge mistake.) So the third problem is that the excuse I just mentioned doesnt even work if you tried to make work. There shouldnt be any way for the 2 to get THIS close to each other in such a short amount of time. Especially with Neias mindset. Imagine a company with a CEO, whose only goal is to make his company as large as possible. He wont have the emotional capacity to start loving someone. Espicially not after only a few months of the company having been established. Thats Neia in the capital, trying her utmost to spread word of Ainz Ooal Gown. If you want to argue that they got to know each other during the training period, I would laugh. You should know best that they didnt have that amount time. They only had a few hours to drink, eat and sleep every so often. No chance to form deeper relationships other than brothers and sisters in arms. This relationship is forced beyond reason, when there was a much more natural one right for the taking.
