you really fleshed out very single character in your story, this doesn't feel like fanfiction anymore, this feels more like an in-depth character study of Eric and how he processes his feelings. This story is the kind of slow burn I spent hours searching for on ao3 to no avail. I know this has been said many times by other commenters, but you are an amazing writer, your writings truly play with the heart strings of people. never stop writing, broski :D

I love the thought of the relationship between Erik and Kahn. And this is a lot of how I feel it would be! I love the way you have created their relationship and this chapter is so heart warming in regards to their story, relationship and love and respect for each other. Great! Thanks!
