I really enjoyed this chapter. I enjoyed the interaction between Severus and Draco, and Draco was impressive as he confronted his father. I also like the ending of the chapter, with Vernon playing his daughters to sleep.

I love this story. I always enjoy stories where Harry has a lot more family and friends, especially stories where Sirius is part of things. He and Harry had such a little amount of time together in canon. Oh I had a giggle at the end of this chapter, that was very cool.

A most excellent chapter with some nice twists and turns, some quite unexpected. A mellow ending to brighten things after a solemn start. I do enjoy the way that being in Hufflepuff is changing both Ron and Draco from canon.

Another Very Excellent Chapter !
This one really hits you in the feels and takes you for a rollercoaster ride!
The first scene with Draco in the Great Hall had me crying. First over Draco trying to hold off the inevitable, then how everyone rallied around him, and how he realized how different it would’ve been if he hadn’t been in Hufflepuff. Oh, Lucius’ last words left me teary, too. It looks like he broke free of the diary before he took his last breath.
Loved Ron standing up to Molly, and not just getting her to back down, but changing her mind and how she sent chocolate biscuits and offered to open her home to Draco.
Marvelous way for the diary to go out! I hope it spurs some adult to action.
Great funeral scenes! Loved the teamwork between the kids to the support Draco, make sure there wouldn’t be any trouble and look for hidden Death Eaters to be arrested!
Aunt Muriel!? HaHaHa, now that’s an unexpected death eater!
Great scene with Neville and Draco and very surprising how they treated the remains!
And that last scene! What a fantastic way to end this chapter, so much Fuzzy! Warm! Joy!

SO MUCH AWESOME STUFF!
And I feel like an absolute idiot, for not figuring out sooner why Lucius kept trying to find Harry. Of course, it was the stupid diary! I really love seeing Ron’s growth, and it was fun seeing him worrying about Ginny‘s letter.
But I andored all the interactions with Draco! His “epiphany” with Ron, big brothering from Harry, and especially with Snape and all the symbolism in his final visit with his father!
Really love getting to know a bit more about Vernon. He has been a bit of a blank slate as yet. He was so sweet with his baby girl!
I did have a couple of questions.
Is Boadicea related to Hermione and a magical mind healer?
And did Lily and Violet kill Peter Pettigrew after the trial? It sort of sounds like they did: “where his Lily had delivered her own verdict on behalf of her brother Harry and Violet had delivered it on behalf of his family.”

WOW, amazing scene with Snape and Sirius! Really wasn’t expecting they could work that well together so quickly, though I was sad for Sirius his grandfather died so soon after his release. The discussion about the different students was cool.
The scene with Ernie supporting Draco was very touching. Why is Lucius being so obsessive?
