I like the story so far I just think you may have made a mistake with the sacred gear. Something that let's you basically be every badass from all of fiction sounds great but it just seems like it will get stale pretty fast, even with the limitations it has. I think choosing 2 or three differnt abilities and having the gear just revolve around those would of been better.
Like say having the predictive ability of the sharingan mixed with Anderson's regeneration and bayonets for days would have been broken enough. Having him figure out how too duplicate other fictional abilities with magic seems more interesting, at least to me. There's another SI I read where they made a straight up Suusano which was badass.

Great chapter, your character has a lot of room to grow which is always good. As for the harem I'll leave it mostly to you and the others but I do think you should have some diversity in where they come from to keep things interesting.
