Glad to see you back. That said, that bit about Guru's age is incorrect.
First, Katas is the father of the Nameless Namek/Kami/Piccolo, not their name. Second, 300 years ago was when Kami and Piccolo first split and the King Piccolo Wars happened on Earth. Both were fully grown adult Namekians at the time and the Nameless Namek arrived on Earth as a child so several years if not decades had passed between arriving on Earth and splitting into Kami and King Piccolo. Meaning that if Guru was of the same generation as Piccolo's father, Katas, then he'd be even older than 300.
Now how old that is gets a bit complicated considering how old Namekians can live. Even more so considering all the revelations Daima has had on Namekian origins. Spoiler warning but it turns out that Namekians were originally a race from the Demon Realm(which is a separate realm from the 12 Universes and actually predates them) that had this big exodus into the mortal universes because their abilities caused them to be treated as highly valued slaves. Katas was actually from the generation that fled the Demon Realm and we have no idea how long ago that was(just that it was over a 1000 years) or how old Katas himself was because Namekians back then had access to life extension magic that could let them live for a really long time and we don't know how old Katas himself was when he left with the exodus.
