I thought if one moon survived, then the other should have... When setting up a colony on a planet,
and the MOON is in orbit... Why not keep ALPHA operational until the colony can look after itself...
It can be a back up if some catastrophy hits... ( drought; flood; earthquake ).. ALPHA makes fuel...
Thankyou for giving the colony a timeline ...
