As for the old satan faction. They're planning on kidnapping the child of the two strongest and most powerful beings in existance. They are SO screwed!
One more thing. Seeing as how Issei is a dragon God, it would be clear that he will attract a harem. If that's the case, I'd like to give my suggestions: Rias (as the lead girl, or one of them if there's more than one), Akeno, Kuroka, Irina, Xenovia, Asia, Gabriel, Raynare, Serafall, Rossweise, and Yasaka.

I like this chapter , but you should put some training scene with him (Issei) and don't try to make them meet with the lider factions exactly now to put some suspense on the public .
Plus make a chapter that Shalba it's raging for not finding them in Dimension Gap and human world . But make them laugh a lot . And continue the story now you have made very good.

I would say the only way you could even put a sacred gear in is to have ophis or great red to find one, and make issei have a part of issei human but it really is not human just a fake part that makes him look human.
