Ya que Issei es el hijo de los 2 dioses dragones, lo que lo convierte en un dragon.
¿Que te parece si él tiene el poder de la Magu Magu No Mi, la Mera Mera No Mi, también la Gura Gura No Mi, y por último la Hie Hie No Mi?. (Los 4 son del anime "One Piece").
Yo pienso que el elemento fuego de esta clase seria increíble, un dragon controla por excelencia el fuego, y al ser un Dios Dragón me parece bien; y también lo del Magma, ya que con su calor podría derretir las rocas e incluso algunos metales; y el hielo, como tu mismo lo dijiste, crear un fuego que congele, y a mi parecer sería la mejor elección para esa clase de poder.
También tengo una duda, se muy bien que pese a ser técnicamente un Dios Dragón, aún es muy joven para usar sus poderes. Pero, si contamos el hecho de que es el hijo de los 2 Dioses Dragones, y que OBVIAMENTE es entrenado por los 2, incluyendo que su cuerpo también va fortaleciéndose a medida que va creciendo, entonces... según mi punto de vista, es que cuando llegue a la línea de tiempo cannon, Issei debería tener el mismo nivel de poder para poder pelear de igual a igual contra los 2 dragones celestiales al mismo tiempo, seguramente pensaras que es exagerado, pero tu mismo lo pusiste en claro, a la edad de 4 años, él ya tenia el nivel de poder de un demonio de clase alta, así que sumando lo que anteriormente te dije, según mi opinión sería los más razonable que Issei tena ese nivel de poder, porque si vamos con lo del cannon, cuando llegue el momento que Issei se enfrente a Crom Croach que después de entrenar, tiene el mismo nivel de un dragon celestial, sería una pelea difícil para Issei, y aunque sea entretenida, yo pienso que sería demasiado débil para ser hijo de los Dioses Dragones.
Y una curiosidad más, Ddraig y Albion tienen el poder para matar a un Dios, y según lo que recuerdo y tengo entendido acerca de la novela ligera de Highschool DxD, es que el Dios Hades Rey del Hades (vaya que coincidencia), es tan poderoso que incluso si Sirzech junto a Azazel y Michael unieran sus fuerzas, no podrían ganarle, al igual que también Hades forma parte del "Top 10 de los seres más fuertes de lo sobrenatural". Y ya que un dragon celestial es capaz de matar a un Dios, creo que eso ponen a Ddraig y Albion en el mismo nivel que Hades, y eso pondría a Issei en un nivel más alto que Hades, y por consecuente, en un nivel mucho mayor al de los 4 actuales Maous, al de Azazel, al de Michael, incluyendo a Valí, y por gran placer mío, también a un nivel muy superior a Cao Cao.
Pero claro, todo eso es desicion tuya. Solo espero sigas trayendo mas capítulos de ésta historia que es muy increíble en mi opinión.

I am confused. Issie and Akeno told them EVERYTHING, right?
So why? Why did adults not connect the dots.
Bara, was told by Azazel that there’s an organisation made by Ophis.
Ophis and Red mentioned said organisation in chapter one.
If Ise and Akeno said everything then the HUGE CLUE should be from the Devils’ own words. “Ophis owe us something.”
They should have had a clue WHO they are dealing with.
This is the only thing I am unable to get on with. Aside from this, everything is Perfect. At least for me.

Regarding the sacred gears, you are right Issei is already too powerful that he does not need it and that also implies that he can not become a demon besides being supposed to be a dragon god can not afford that.
and with respect to the celestial dragons you could make that Draig and Albion were never sealed and they are free traveling the world, they could even be feminine versions but that is already your decision.

because i want see our dragon god in the academy, and see the reaction all devil's in the kuoh
