I like the idea, however the main character acts like a brat and her morals are a bit weird. You could have paced the first chapter a bit slower and given more descriptions/feelings considering its a very drastic change in body and world.
Im also wondering what her power level is and where in the timeline she is, lets see... onto the next chapter.

Not sure she should need kaioken to be strong. She should have the same strength as kid Buu who while not as strong as a ssj3 should still be very strong on top of her extreme regeneration and stamina.
