For an OC. Diana Cole; English/Scottish, moved with her mother(Keegan) to Japan, when Keegan was transferred to the Japanese Branch of U.S. military base. Keegan is a Colonel, with the Quirk of 'Heavy-Water'. She can make water dense to the point that one can walk on it; for a period of one hour. Diana inherited a combination of her mothers, and her 'late'-fathers Quirk, 'Sonar-Sight. Her Quirk is 'Aquatic-Displacement'; allowing her to form water into nearly any shape, and density she can picture in her mind. Standing at 160cm, 56kg, average figure, crystal-blue eyes, hip-length auburn hair, and a smile that says, Innocent, but not naïve. Her personality is free-flowing, but with a regimented tone to it, thanks to her mothers military upbringing.
As to her aspirations, that is two-fold. Part of her is all about rescuing not just people, but all living things, from natural disasters. (An affinity to aquatic life) The other part, is to see people smile, after coming through a difficult situation; whether she was the one to help, or not. She is also able to lift peoples spirits, through her music; that she composes herself, based off of her experiences.
